How come every time I try to get an app it make me do security questions n at the end no matter what, it tells me my session time has timed out???!

This is might because of your prior change in softwares. so first you have to do run '''sfc''' in run command. and then you see the specific problem which causes this . Since System File Checker (sfc) scan will make Windows replace corrupt or missing system files on your computer.
* Click Start>All Programs>Accessories>right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator.
* Click Continue or supply Administrator credentials if prompted.
* In the Command Prompt window type the following, and press Enter:
sfc /scannow

The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

I had this problem, but it was because I was clicking on an external link. Try instead going straight into iTunes, then going to the Podcast section. At the bottom of the "Podcast Quick Links" section, there's a text, "Submit a Podcast." Click on this instead. Once I did, I got to the same page as before, but it did process the feed.

I closed iTunes and went directly to rent the specific movie and still the same response, session timed out. I completely logged out of iTunes, tried again 5 hours later, still the same timed out response. I have successfully rented, downloaded movies and watched them previously. Okay, can you reply letting me know if the computer was purchased used?, this will help as it would identify the possibility that the prior owner did indeed create some sort of block.
Next, what you are speaking about blocks in regards to downloading 'PDF software'...is it PDF 'software' or PDF files that are blocked?, it appears that maybe it's the PDF files which are blocked at which case it indeed my be programmed into the system.
