HT1933 Is it even legal that a game does that to you?----Minibattle
Ok so I was a huge fan of DDtank, and when I found out there was a app version of DDtank I was happy beyond conparsing so yeah I downloaded it.
The game was Called Minibattle but it was almost exactly like DDtank! And between two servers I put 75 dollars in the first one and almost over 600 dollars in the second one.
However I discover they have the most irresponsible bunch of Gm staff.
Happened a couple weeks ago we all noticed there's a bug with the system whenever you log on to the system, you automatically get 5999 diamonds in the mail. As what gamer would do when they discover a bug in the system, they took advantage of it. This is a game competing with powers, after we had warn the GM about the bug in the game system and they had ignore us. We begun to take advantage of the system as well for we thought it will never be resolved. After a few days later, some people had built over 114 accounts to gather diamonds and the top 10 had all their equipments downgraded to +3 and mostly they have +7suits and +12 weapons.
As usual, some are happy some are angry about this decision. the happy ones are the ones haven't figure out that that can actually build accounts to gather diamonds.
At first the system decided to take away all the equipments from my backpack as my punishment for building 14 accounts.
Later on in the week I realized my weapon had been downgraded from +12 to +7 and I thought it was doing of a hacker because they used all my equipments and medals. But only when I report it to gm did I find out it was the doing of GM... they just logged onto my account, opened my emails, and used my props to downgrade my weapon...
Now in this game when you recharge 101 USD you gain around 39,000 diamonds. And 14 accounts that is 83,986 diamonds, which I have previously charged more than 600 USD into this game, which is way more than what I have gained in dummies account. Moreover, I upgraded my weapon to level 12 before I had realized the system error.
I gotten my first punishment, which is gotten my backpack, wipe out
A week later what I thought was a hacking turned into GM's second punishment.
1. I believe this is a mistake of the system and they had been warned several times about it.
2. Not only that they had ignored the warning they also waited for 3 days until the problem was resolved.
3. It was simply a system error, simply a week roll back would do but they said that it was too much work and they just going to ruin some individual player's handwork instead.
4. They said that we were illegally passing diamonds, but after several requests they has not provided legal documents where our actions was illegal.
5. If it was illegal wouldn't the first punishment be final instead of taking my hard work earning?
Therefore the best regards to Apple.Inc and the fellow iTunes workers please help the consumers to find their justice not just getting push over by the game developers when they are spending their money.

So after a few months of using the MBP 15' Retina, I've discovered that the fans are incredibly loud even when playing flash games like candy crush or tetris.. are any of you guys having the same problem? Like all of a sudden from be quiet to unbelievably loud just as the games load. So yeah, hopefully someone has the same problem as I am having.
What I was thinking was that the MBP Retina 15' is such a beefed up laptop, it shouldn't require that much CPU to run flash games that are not even THAT graphically intensive to which making the fans that loud..

It's hardware makers making devices with less processor performance and requiring software makers to fit into a certain requirements of such. Namely iPhone, iPods and iPads.
Flash is designed to give a lot of features and work across many operating systems, browsers and platforms as a write once solution.
Flash has a certain level of processor performance requirement, which hardware makers like Apple want to build less powerful machines using less expensive processors.
Apple has removed Coverflow 3D effects from iTunes and discontinued the 17" MacBook Pro, leaving only the 15" as having a more powerful 3D capable graphics capability.
So Apple is obviously on a anti-heat/performance quest as they further thin up their hardware, trying to kill Flash by punishing Mac users who want to run it.
Flash runs without a fan sound on my older Mac with dedicated GPU and older OS X verison, no sweat.
Head to your System Preferences > Energy Saver and if you have it, uncheck Automatic Graphics switching, this will use the dedicated GPU and shorted battery life, but if your on power should reduce the heat and fan noise.
Another option is to use SMC fan control and set the fan default speed slightly faster, this will keep the machine slightly cooler and not trigger the higher fan speed as often.
If your running 10.8, you will need to System Preferences > Security > downloads to "Anywhere"

Lightroom 5 can't import to a FIXED drive called A: or B: even if that's where your catalog is
This what I consider a bug for lightroom 5. It simply does not allow you to import to a fixed hard drive called A: or B: even if that is where the catalog was opened from and where all your other photos are stored.
Yes I know why... A: and B: used to be used for floppy drives back in the stone ages... however windows has allowed you to assign them to hard drives for decades now, and as time goes on, you are going to be seeing a lot of computer users who have in fact never heard of a floppy drive and have never even seen a floppy disk.. it's just something they heard about in history class.. if they weren't sleeping.
You will be getting more and more technical support issues when the following scenario happens...
I was running out of room for my data, so I went out and bought me a nice new huge drive... Installed the drive per the instructions and went to 'disk management' to add an additional drive to my system.. It eventually asked me for a drive letter, and A: was at the TOP of this list, so I used that... then formatted the drive and all was great.. windows reports a fixed drive called A: with a ton of free space... so I moved all my lightroom data to A: and opened the catalog from A: and it started lightroom just fine.. and all my photos are there and this is great! You can do everything with the hard drive being A: or B: so I'm done messing with it... well a few weeks or months go by, and I've long forgot about the install process and now I have 13 other applications using my A: drive and I finally have a break in my busy schedule so I go out and shoot some photos.. I get back, install my memory card in my computer and prepare to import my files to the hard drive where my catalog is...... but I CAN'T!!! A: and B: do NOT EVER show up in the lightroom list of drives... and WHY NOT??? I can't understand why lightroom can't import to something my operating system is reporting as a FIXED drive. Now I have all this stuff on my huge drive called A: or B: and it's going to be a huge task to re-assign that drive to another letter because all these other applications will be looking for their stuff on A: or B: Ugh
Ok, so Adobe is trying to save us from ourselves and not allow us to try to import to a tiny disk that could not even hold one of our photos... uh... WHY? Just put A: and B: in the list if the operating system is reporting them and if someone DOES have a floppy drive, called A: or B: and they try to import something to it.... they will just get an error saying it won't fit... problem solved! What is REALLY ironic is that lightroom WON'T EVEN RUN ON ANY MACHINE WITH A FLOPPY DRIVE IN IT!!!! You could put a USB floppy drive on your windows 7 or 8 machine... but when you do that... it's NOT necessarily A: or B:... you can make it whatever you want... leaving out A: and B: doesn't help ANYONE at all.
Now, assume this user is in their early 20's... they have never ever seen a floppy disk, and could not buy one if they wanted to... which they don't... they just can't understand why this is happening.. why is my huge drive NOT in the list??? why is it not there? I don't understand this.
It should be noted that this also happens if A: or B: is a network drive as well. Floppies have been obsolete for a long time, and in fact you haven't been able to buy a new computer with a floppy drive since 2005, and they were completely useless back then.. and B: drive has been useless even longer!
So, what has happened here... is leaving out A: and B: has just been carried over from decades ago when it was probably a good idea... and no one has even looked at changing it. People do have problems with this though, but it won't be fixed until someone says something... So I'm saying something. fact: A: and B: are NOT reserved for floppy drives anymore.. they have not been for a very long time fact: No one will ever plug in a floppy drive ever again.
fact: Windows has allowed network drive and fixed hard drives to be A: or B: for decades
fact: You SHOULD be checking the operating system to see if a drive is fixed or removable and what it's capacity is... not making assumptions about the drive configuration
fact: As time goes on the the more and more people who have never heard of a floppy disk increases, this WILL become more and more of an issue.
fact: There is no reason to NOT be using A: or B: for network or fixed hard drives... and our software should allow us to do so.
fact: I want my 4TB drive to be B:! but I have to settle for it being WAY down at T: because I've used all the letters down to S: already... heck my usb 3.0 card reader alone takes up 4 drive letters.. and I'm used to them where they are now. I also want my RAID box to be a network A: drive.. putting it right there at the top of the list!
I'm settling for other letters, at the moment.. I actually moved my nearly useless DVD burner down the list.. do you all realize even DVD's are becoming obsolete??? why burn a measly 5GB on a DVD that is so fragile and easily scratched... when you can just write files on a 128GB flash drive? I'm a little susrpised that it's not possible, and I agree it's a bit silly in 2013, but my guess is it's one of those things that won't change for a while. They've probably played safe, and to be frank, whenever you break such old rules (eg 32 characters, case-sensitive filenames, punctuation in filenames etc) it's only a matter of time before you get bitten by something. I just wouldn't expect Adobe to spend much time on it - it's not as if they've nothing else to work on.

When i plug my ipod into my computer it is not recharging. The computer doesn't even acknowledge that it is plugged in. Any ideas why? It does have power left so i can use it but i want to recharge it of course. Any input is appreicated.

Close the videos app and launch it again.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
if they still don't show up after you launch the app again, try resetting the iPad.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Even I cant believe this is happening again! i'm once again asking for help with my account. I guess I spoke too soon! I really can't believe this nightmare is not over yet! My account is still wrong. The credit that I was due totaled $63.00 I am looking at a message on my phone saying that $21.01 was credited which makes my balance $219.72. I received a text the following day that says, I processed your credit of $30.00 and your new balance $216.73 how is that possible? None of the late fees were credited and the amount due for my monthly charges are wrong. Before any changes were made to my data plan back in Nov. My monthly charges were $140.00, I needed my hot spot back and i was told that the hot spot will increase my bill $10 for each phone that totals $20. The customer rep that change my data plan at that time also gave me a credit of $20 to compensate for the increase until I had time to talk with customer service about the mix-up with my Hot spot. I originally had the hot spot, but the rep that change my plan almost a year prior told me nothing was changing except I was getting more for less money. I explained to that rep that I need my hot spot 4 times a year...and I don't want my plan to have any changes. To verify what I'm telling u check my account and see that I called from Albany New York wanting to know where my hot spot was and I was told I didn't have the hot spot on my account since the last data change! I lost money once again due to the verizon rep's. so my current data plan the rep promised would increase $20 which makes my monthly charges that were $140 prior to the change $160 after the hot spot was returned to my account. Then I was given a $12 credit per month for 12 months because of so many mistakes made to my account so with that $12 credit my monthly charges should $148 + surcharges + taxes and that's not what I see. I do know this much right now my account is in such a shambles I can hardly see the light at the end if there is an end! I need real help!

I just got a new nano and downloaded the most up to date itunes then I plugged it into my computer and it does not turn on at all, no charge image and my computer doesn't even recognize that there is a connection. How do I fix this?
By calling iPod tech support while you are under warranty. You also have 14 days to return it w/no questions asked for a replacement or your $$$ back.

This kind of problem can often be fixed with the microsoft Installer cleanup utility.
Unfortunately the Microsoft Installer Cleanup utility has been withdrawn by Microsoft because of compatibility issues with Microsoft Office so you will need to find a copy elsewhere – the installer is msicuu2.exe. You need version 3.

Check for malware before installing it.
After installing, To run the program – All Programs>>Windows Install
If you get permission denied error, Try Run as Administrator – an option if you right click on the program.
When you run the cleanup utility, look for any instance that you find of iTunes and remove it.
It is possible that you will have to remove other apple programs if removing iTunes doesn't allow you to install iTunes. Post back with any furtyher error messages if there is a problem. -

I need to convert PDF to Excel, however, columns and tabs make many merged cells and many blank columns. In addition to not separate the columns correctly, I see many not separate lines together in the same cell. I'm even thinking that Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has limitations. There is no way to define what points in columns to force break column? Nor create many columns that are useless? How does text to column in Excel, fixed size when we import text, and define where the breaks have columns?
