I made apple ID but when I tried to use it in iTunes Store, it kept saying this apple ID has not yet been used in iTunes store.. So I clicked review, filled billing information, but it stuck at that page. Since I don't have CC or any other card, I tried to fill in iTunes gift card code. But it never gets past billing page! It just showed me to contact www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. for help. But I can't find similar problems there. Plz help!

That means you have to sign into/view your account and review you account and make sure you have a valid payment method specified in your account.

Do you mean that you've got an iTunes gift card, and if so why can't you use it ? All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue - if it's a US gift card then are you in the US with a US billing address on your account ? Or have you managed to redeem it but are having problems buying things ?

As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here: ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

You haven't opened an account with that Apple ID in iTunes. Open iTunes and log in. A dialog will appear in which you need to enter your Apple ID and/or password. Below it you should see a link for creating a new account. Click on that link to get started.
