There are a few possible causes for this issue, sometimes it is related to Security Software, other times it is related to the internet connection. Let's follow the steps below:

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
Use the new ID on her iPod but only for:
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
and Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Continue to use the same/common Apple ID for Settings>iTunes and App stores so you can share purchases. -

You need to install Office on the computer from the installer DVD or disc image you purchased.

I downloaded the latest update on my MacBook Pro last week. Now I keep getting a pop-up that iCloud wants my password from an email login I haven't had in a year. I can't find where to delete that email login. iCloud is also showing my new email login, plus a bogus one I accidentally created trying to fix this problem. Now the calendar on my MacBook Pro won't sync with my iPhone5.
It sounds like you have the Find my iphone Activation lock for sure. Go to www.icloud.com/find and see if you put in that Apple ID that is coming up and yoru password to see if you are able to sign into the account that way to turn it off. If you are unable to, you will have to contact AppleCare by phone (chat cannot handle account lock outs or forgotten password due to not being able to verify your identity) and see if they can reset it. And are you sure the Apple ID that is coming up yours?

why I cannot update my ipad from 5.1.1 to latest versions? Some of the apps wouldn't work on the 5.1.1 . To buy a new ipad,would be a rip off. What is the solution?
The original iPad does not have the memory and processing power to run more recent version of the iOS. 5.1.1 is the latest it can run.

My iPad mini won't install the latest update because there isn't enough stprGe. I have deleted everything from my iPad and there still isn't enough storge.
Connect your iPad to your computer and run iTunes. Select your iPad in iTunes and try to run the update there. Updating requires a lot less free space on the iPad when updating through iTunes on a computer because the update files will be downloaded to and extracted on the computer.

Ever since installing the latest update to iOS 7.1.2 I am prompted numerous times daily to enter my Apple ID and password. I am having the same issue on my iPad 2 and my iPhone4. Any suggestions?
First, if you still have access to the hacked account, rename it if you can and change the password for it.
How to change the name you use for your Apple ID
If needed, change the email linked to it as well. Get control of that account back.
As all iTunes purchases are linked to the account that purchased them (music, apps, etc) it is best to rename an account rather than creat a new account. Apple ID's can't be deleted or merged either.

Is there a lock symbol at the top of the screen next to the battery indicator ? If there is, then depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (rotation lock or mute notifications), then you can lock/unlock the rotation by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via control centre : swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and it's the right-most of the 5 icons in the middle of it (if the icon is white then it's 'on', tap it to turn it grey and 'off'). If there isn't a lock symbol then try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
The latest update to Word 2011 changes my keyboard preferences, and I don't want it to do that
I work in two languages and I use an Italian keyboard. My normal keyboard preference setting is Italian (indicated by a little Italian flag at the right of the menu bar).
But since I installed the latest update to Office 2011, every time I open Word, it changes my keyboard preference to English (the little flag at the right of the menu bar changes to the British flag).

1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
