I just rebooted my computer.  I put itunes back on my computer
Now some of the songs have a ! next to them and they won't play
I would appreciate any suggestions.

First try:
iTunes: Finding lost media and downloads
Next
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other music y will have to get them like you did before
