HT201272 I bought Breaking Bad Seasons 1 - 5 (first part of S5) back in November. They no longer appear in my iCloud
Since iTunes started to sell the delux versons of the show i can no longer find, or view, my purchased items from iCloud, or even the purchased section of iTunes.
I'ts a good thing i downloaded them, thought the pilot episode is only in SD rather then HD like all the rest.
What can i do, the purchase is older then 90 days so trying to report a problem is like tracking a **** in a hurrican, i just get sent no where.
I paid £60 for this show, and i don't want to lose it due to some over sight on behalf of iTunes. And i certainly do not wish to buy the show again. What can i do?
You can have Apple or a competent service shop replace the internal HD for a fee, unless you have AppleCare and the iMac is within its warranty period in which case it will cost nothing. If you must pay the cost will be approximately $350 US.
PowerPC support is gone with Lion. You can install or retain Snow Leopard on another partition, and boot Snow Leopard as necessary.
The inability to load web pages is a different problem, unless it is related to your failing hard disk.

I bought breaking bad on the US store, can't download it
So I went to buy breaking bad season 1 on itunes, it linked me to the US store where I purchased it (I had money on my account from a voucher), but because I live in Ireland it wont let me download it, but I was still charged for it. Is there any way to download it or get my money back?
You cannot legally use another countrys itunes store.
You have violated the terns of use of the itunes store, shich could lead to the loss of your account.
You can try contacting itunes support and explaining your situation. Maybe you will get lucky and get a refund. -
Breaking Bad Season 5/Final Season
When I bought the Season Pass for season 5 of Breaking Bad several months ago, I seem to recall that the episode list included the so-called "final season" episodes.
Now that those final season episodes are about to run, however, I notice that they are no longer included in my season 5 season pass. Instead, they're part of a new season pass that I would need to purchase.
First, am I just remembering wrong? Were the final episodes of Breaking Bad ever part of the season 5 season pass? If I'm wrong, then this is a non-issue, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Second, if I am remembering right, shouldn't I get the final season episodes without having to pay for them (again)?I feel lied too.
As a digital consumer I was of the belief I was being good and purchased or "licensed" the 5th season of breaking bad.
However, despite being a company who wants customers to play fair and purchase their content, itunes seems to fine with break rules to meet their needs.
If "licensing" digital content is the way we will be doing buisness, then companies should understand that misrepresenting the product details is not a very good way to discourage pirating the content.
This was my first time getting a season pass:
I am very disappointed with this service.
I also am unhappy that I will not see the second half of season 5 for quite a while.
I will have to wait until it appears on netflix. I also it is very unlikely I will purchase a season pass for any show ever again.

Breaking Bad season 5 episodes with no sound.
I have bought season 5 of breaking bad and when I play episodes Madrigal and Hazard Pay there is video but no sound. This happens on apple TV, iPad and iPhone
Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -
Has anyone managed to watch Breaking Bad Season 5 on ATV without cursing?
I am getting a lot of green pixel lines, pixalation in general, ghost images, overlapping layers, all kinds of digital distortion. I suspect the latest firmware because Netflix is really smooth and all HD.
I got the email and downloaded 2 copies of the behind the scenes clip, as well. Can we talk about how RIDICULOUS this is? I paid $23, and Amazon Instant has the episode already, and has for HOURS. Not to mention, it doesn't even give you all of season 5. Season 5 IS the final season. This is honestly ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. I can't even watch the behind the scenes yet, because it will spoil the actual episode which isn't out yet. It's not even consistent in release time. Last week, this time, I already had my post-Breaking-Bad-episode glow. This week, this time, it's more of an angry, unattractive, red.

Who else is going to boycot buying full seasons on itunes? I can't imagine ever buying one again after being treated like this. Shame on Apple and AMC.
If you have purchased something twice it's because you have made a mistake.
Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -
Really need some help here. We got the guys at PC World to back up our old computer onto and external hard drive, but our libraries merged. I've tried retrieving the whole thing from the external hard drive but can't seem to identify any files to retrieve. If I could copy the whole thing into my area, we could both just erase the things from each others' libraries that we didn't want. We are imac virgins, and need some advice!

I purchased three autobooks from itunes last weekend and after updating my ios to 7 they no longer appear. I looked at my purchse history and they are not showing in my purchase history. I do have the receipts for the charge. How do I restore these?

Itunes content is not incliuded in the backup that itunes performs.
Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception. -
Could not get Breaking Bad HD Season 1 refund
Right after buying Breaking Bad Season 1 HD on the UK store, I did some research and learned that the pilot of the Season 1 is actually censored.
Since this was not advertised I asked a refund and was denied by Apple support.
Is there anything I could do ? I usually have a good experience with iTunes, but I doubt I will ever buy any digital content if I cannot get a simple refund on an item I never used.After much trial and error I was able to solve the issue.
Don't know why but the default "Managed Pipeline Mode" of Application Pool setting did not work. Instead of "integrated" it had to be set to "classic" for it to work. Don't ask me why! Anyways I figured I share this in case it helps out someone in future.

Breaking Bad Episode 5 not appearing on Apple TV
I have purchased the season pass to the final season of Breaking Bad and the first four episodes downloaded automatically to my Apple TV. However Episode 5 does not appear on my Apple TV. When I check on my laptop it is available but I want to watch it through my Apple TV. I tried restarting Apple TV and even a complete reboot. I'm getting frustrated! Can anyone help?
figured it out imovie theatre has to be uploaded to icloud to work for some strange reason. Unlike iphoto or regular imovie which are just sent to itunes.

WE bought The third Season of Game of thrones. i was emailed saying the first show is avaliable. But, it is not on the menu. I have done everything I know to find it. Help!

i would like to watch breaking bad. It says downloading 4 hrs when done. It starts to download again! Why?
Ok - success!!! The songs are on my iPhone now!
What I did....first I went in iTunes on my Mac and knocked the stars back to 1 star so they they would fall off my top rated. I synced again with the iPhone. No change yet.
Then I went back into iTunes on the Mac and manually DELETED the songs and moved them all to the trash. I emptied the trash. Then I synced again with the iPhone.
Then I just ripped the CD again in iTunes, then five-starred each song, so they went right into my Top Rated on the Mac. Then one more sync with the iPhone and voila! There they are! Phew! This was weird, and soooooo un-Apple like....but it's cool, and it's all good now.
