HT201272 I have purchased log ten pro universal for iPad and iPhone , but can't find it listed in my purchased apps , nor can I download it from apps
I had purchased LOG TEN PRO UNIVERSAL, from the app store and had it installed on the iPad 2 , it worked great . Now I have purchased an iPhone 5 and I want to install the LTP UNIVERSAL INTO THE IPHONE but , in the app store It seems that I have to repurchase the app for some reason,this shouldn't be the case since the app clearly can be installed on an iPad n phone together , I don't know what to do about it . I did email coradine about the same and got the following reply from them:

You should be able to re-download LogTen Pro from the Purchases section of the App Store. To find this, open the App Store on your iPhone, and tap the Updates section. At the top of the Updates screen there will be a "Purchases" section, and tap this to enter it. Make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you originally used to purchase LogTen Pro, and it will display a "download/cloud" button. Tap it, confirm your password, and it will download again.
This "Purchases" section has been known to be a bit buggy -- try logging out and back into the App Store on your iPhone if you don't see it.
The App Store handles all sales and customer information, so your proof of purchase should have been sent by them. It is usually emailed to you from "iTunes Store" with a title: "Your receipt No. ##########".

I have an hd movie on both my ipad and iPhone 5, using airplay on my apple tv with my iPhone 5 plays perfectly but gets stuck with my ipad 2, almost like its buffering? I just want it to play smoothly like with my iPhone. Any suggestion?
About 6 months ago I discovered iTunes was set by default to 720p. These MUST BE CHANGED TO 1080P!!!!!!!!.......So I installed FULL 1080P file on my laptop on iTunes... When I download movies on iPhone 5s/iPad mini the file is 720p So within about 60 seconds of starting download of 1080p files into my laptop of iTunes purchases. It was at that moment that I realized it was that file my laptop has on file to sync to my Apple device...Ten minutes later when the first 1080P HD file was downloaded I must say... The resolution is amazing... I now use this same process to install movie files from iTunes.. In FULL 1080P.. Not 720P... Works on my iPad mini also... Avatar is 5.4 GB if installed over Wi-Fi... However sync with laptop and file is 6.5 GB in size... Called Apple told them... No reply yet.... You must delete 720P files from your laptop... Look for file size in any movie purchase and you will see DOWNLOAD IN 1080P.. This will open preferences in iTunes for you to the correct tab so you can change setting to 1080p from default of 720p... DELETE any downloaded movies already downloaded into laptop... You can check file quality by right click on any movie folder and the look at movie info... Will say 720p HD... Delete to recycle bin and iCloud will appear on each movie... Now download 1080P HD file... When completed. Right click any file to verify it is 1080P HD... The sync with device...... And get ready to be upset with Apple for holding back your device for the last 2 years 3 months and 16 days......And be ready to catch your jaw from hitting the floor when you see your screen in full 1080P HD.... Apple Engineer's were asleep.....
You will notice better pic quality... Apple by default is still sending the 720P file to the new iPhone 6 plus over wifi and sync.. howve this process above will give you full HD file for your Apple device... -
I live in the US, and I will be traveling to The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg in May. I will be taking my MacBook Pro, 1st generation iPad and iPhone 4G. Is there a universal charger that I can use with all three devices, as opposed to taking three seperate chargers?
I obviously have three different chargers, I guess my question is, can I use just one of those chargers for all three devices, and if so, which one of the three, or does it matter? And if I can in fact use just one of the three, then why would I need all three in the US? Also, if one of the three will work on all devices, would the automotive charger work the same, one for all? I have two Apple IDs - one associated with iPad and iPhone and the other associated with iMac and MacAir. I am going to lose the former e-mail address imminently and would like to associate all devices with just one ID. How do I do this? Thanks
Thanks - I guess it is like there were two of me!
I bought the iPhone first and it seemed natural to link it to the (work) e-mail address which was in constant use. The iMac for home use came next and it seemed natural to use my home e-mail address, particularly as I knew by then that I would lose the work address after my imminent retirement. The same logic went for the recent puchase of the MacAir. I am not sure what happened with the iPad (also a recent purchase) - iTunes seemed to puch me towards the same ID as the iPhone.
It is not a huge problem - just makes my persona look schizoid! Otherwise very happy with everything Apple. -
I have an iPad and iPhone but am stuck with Tiger and Leopard on my old powerbook G4. Will I still be able to get my email on my PowerBook after I upgrade to iCloud? I don't have the cash to upgrade the mac right now. Just wondering what my email options are. Thank You.
You will be able to get your mail on the PowerBook. The calendars (iCal) will not sync; any events added to iPad and/or iPhone will not sync with the Mac but will sync with each other (that is: the mobile devices which are on iCloud). My MacBook Pro (Lion) and iPad2 (iOS5) sync fine; I still get my Mail on iBook G4, MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard) and iMac (Snow Leopard).

I have an Ipad and Iphone but I don't have an Airprint at home but only a WIFI printer, my question is if I connect the wifi printer to Airport express, can I print from Ipad and Iphone ? Please help me if anyone knows about this.
Unfortunately, connecting a non-AirPrint-enabled printer to an AirPort base station's USB port will not make it AirPrint-ready.
You will need to use another solution, like Printopia, to be able to print to this printer from an iOS device. -
I have an apple ID which I use to sign into icloud for my iPad and iPhone.But when I use the same ID for setting up iCloud on my Macbook it says INCORRECT ID or password, try again. I tried changing my passwords several times but it does not work for the macbook.
You will have to provide the correct password to delete the existing account, if you have tried but are not getting the password reset email, contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password.

works ok on mine - (5, 7.1.1). Try again. with previews set to none, mine shows the sender and the subject line only. (you cannot get rid of the subject) with the other settings, you get the sender, subject line and however many lines you selected.

I have a book that I can view on my iPad and iPhone but on my Mac I get an error.
I purchased the book on iBooks Mac and then downloaded it on my iPad and iPhone and have been reading the book (Words of Radiance-Brandon Sanderson) just fine. But when I try to download and open it on iBooks on my Macbook Pro it downloads and then when I open it I get the following error. "This book can't be opened. The original file can't be found." When I click okay the cloud symbol appears on the top right side.
I have tried to deauthorize and reauthorize, log out and back in, nothing changes the problem.Also just realized that this is not isolated to one book. Downloaded some free books from the iBookstore and had the same problem. I am going to rename and then re-install iBooks... Okay, osX does not allow the program to be removed. I really have no idea what to do here. Anyone who can help at all please chime in.

I have Wi Fi at home, over the weekend it stopped working on our Ipad and Iphone, yet it still works on Blackberry and laptop and desktop, have tried forget this network, have tried reset network settings but looks like nothing works, The Ipad and phone show the "mushroom" bars as if connected, yet it doesn't display the family wi fi network as normal,.....help
I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 6 tonight and initially had the same problem. I could send a text via iMessage only through cellular network; not my wifi. After fooling around with the settings for an hour or so, I THINK I solved the problem...
According to an article I read online, iOS 6 unifies your phone number and Apple ID. Therefore, if someone sends an iMessage to your phone number, you could hypothetically receive it via an iPad or Mac. In my case, I didn't have my cell number listed on my Apple ID account. Therefore, when I connected to my wifi, iMessage tried to access my number via my Apple ID. Since I didn't have my number listed, iMessage subsequently didn't work.
I logged into my Apple ID, added my mobile number. I also rest my network settings under 'settings,' 'general,' 'reset,' and 'reset network settings.' Then, I restarted my phone. Under my message settings, I selected 'send and receive' and made sure BOTH my phone number AND email address were selected. Everything SEEMS to be working fine now...
