HT201317 My phone was stolen and I lost all my photos. Is there any way I can get them back through iCloud as there were lots over 30 days old?

My iPhone was stolen and I have lost all my photos as some were over 30 days old. Is there anyway I can get these back as they were on iCloud originally but i didn't put them onto my pc! :o( please can somebody help me get these back.

Unfortunately iCloud only stores photos for 30 days, to give all your devices a chance to download them. After this period they are deleted from Photo Stream and can not be retrieved.
