I'm trying to set up Mail 2.1.3. in 10.4.11. I have 2 email accounts. I can enter one just fine but it won't take another. When I try, it says that I "already have a POP account". How do I set up 2 email accounts? I see where I can enter the 2 email addresses by separating them by a comma. But the 2 addresses have different passwords and the password box takes only one password at a time. When setting up the email using Apple 'Mail' (version 8.2 (2070.6)) I do not get an option to set up my email as using POP. I can go to Outlook from Microsoft and I get a chance to set my mail up using POP, however I would prefer to use the Apple supplied 'Mail' email programme as I'm using Office 365 and may not want to continue the subscription sometime in the future.
Any advice on setting Mail to POP would be appreciated. A not so Happy Wombat. -

You do not need to specify the type of account. If its IMAP, when you add the account it will detect that automatically.
Alternatively, you can enter a fake email address and password when adding the account, and wait for the process to fail, you should then get an option at the top to select between IMAP and POP3
You can then change the details of the account to the correct ones. -

I just open an email acoutn with Blue host with an IMAP setting. Now I am trying to put the new email and servers on my Iphone3. All was going well till the POP acccount problem came up at the end. How do I change an iphone email account from POP to IMAP? or do I?

Delete the affected email account from your device.
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Choose the affected email account, then tap Delete Account.
Add your account again.

Hello; first time poster here.
I own a business that has several email accounts. I am trying to create a folder (titled my business name), then set up all of the email accounts for my business so they all are in that one folder. I have tried for two days to figure this out and can't seem to do it.
I have been using Outlook, but it has too many whistles and bells and is way to slow, so I thought I'd give TB a try.
Can anyone explain IF this is possible, and if so, how can I do it?
