I believe anilsudhakaran meant sign out and in with your Apple ID for iTunes.
Also, do a hard reboot of your phone. I know that always helps me.
This doesn't delete anything

When an iPhone updates, it wipes the whole device clean and then reinstalls the software and then the backup. Obviously you didn't create/couldn't create a backup either via iCloud or iTunes. You can get your apps back when you go to App Store>Updates>Purchased and download the apps you want.

You cannot bypass this security measure. You need to recover your AppleID from appleID.apple.com
If you can't send the password recovery to a secondary email, contact Apple Support. -

When I updated my Iphone my naviogon app was erased, and I can't figure which one I had purchased. Does anyone have any ideals how I can figure this out.

I Am currently having trouble with my iphone 5. After I update my iOs to 8.0.2 i can't update and install new apps on my phone it always on a "waiting mode". I already restore the setting and its works but after two days problem happened again. Pls help
Choose System Preferences from the Apple Menu.
Choose Software Update from the View menu.
Click Update Now.
Select the items you want to install, then click Install.
Enter an Admin user name and password.
After the update is complete, restart the computer if necessary. -
I just can't seem to find all the music I bought on itunes since I downloaded updates for my iphone today. I followed the suggestions in the support area, but it's still a mystery where it's gone. Any ideas please?
ThanksI take it you didn't transfer purchases BEFORE you attempted to update your phone? If that's the case and you live in the US you can look at your purchase history and re-download the purchased music using iTunes. If you're outside the US, you're out of luck.

IOS 7 updated and now phone will not get off the connect to itunes screen
Connect to itunes on your computer and see if it prompts you to restore or activate. Try resetting the device by holding the sleep/wake and power button for 10-15 seconds then release. If that pesky screen still shows you may need to force recover the device. Power the device completely off, press and hold the home button and plug into itunes and do not release the home button until it says itunes has detected a device in recover mode.

After updating my iphone4 to iOS 7.0.4. I am having a problem with my iCloud. Message keeps coming up you must accept iCloud's terms and conditions. Options are not now or ok. Choose ok and message comes up unable to connect to server.. Does anybody no how to fix this problem???

When I installed the recent updates for Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac, my iCal calendar was wiped out, as was the calendar on my iPhone. I'd rather use iCal than Office and was attempting to phase Office out altogether. Now, all of my information is on the Office calendar but not iCal. The iCloud version of my iCal calendar is not up to date. In any event, I couldn't figure out how to send that info to the iCal on my mac or my phone. How can I sync my Office calendar info to iCal? If that's not possible, how can I get my Office calendar to sync with my iPhone? All of my sync services are set up in iTunes and on my phone. This happened to me once before and I spent hours on the phone with Apple and on the web trying to work it out. I NEED MY CALENDAR!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

The other concern I have is that Office 2011 requires an Intel-based Mac and you posted in the older iMac (pre-Intel or "PPC") forums. If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.
On the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Syncing your iPod....>Sync You Device and follow the instructions. -

my wife and I are now sharing the same laptop, mine was stolen, we have separate apple ID accounts. i upgraded to iphone 4 after the robbery and activated my phone on her laptop. when i try to download or upgrade apps her apple ID keeps popping up. can we have separate accounts using the same laptop with different phones? if so, how can i fix this?
It sounds as if you're using the same Mac OS X login account on that computer. If you create a separate login account for yourself, it will be as if you have two computers (other than the fact you can't both use it at the same time, of course).
Go to System Preferences->Users & Groups to create a new user account for yourself. Log out of your wife's account, then log in to your own account. You can now set up this user environment any way you like. When you launch iTunes the first time, enter your Apple ID and log in to the iTunes Store. Redownload all of your content. Then connect your iPhone to the computer using the USB cable - it will treat it as a new phone, let iTunes wipe the phone and set it up as new.
You might then want to set up Fast User Switching within System Preferences->Users & Groups which will allow you and your wife to swap the laptop between the two of you easily without even having to log out one account in order to log in to the other.
