Regarding this statement from the software license agreement: "...however, individual audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound effects or music beds."

I am new to web design and am working on a website. I have not purchased dreamweaver, but am familiar with it from school. I do have Adobe Flash and Photoshop extended. You can import photoshop files into a flash project and build a website that way. Both Catalyst and Flash can output the markup necessary to make your flash website usable. As a developer though I try to steer people away from entire flash websites since they wont be usable on Apple Mobile and Tablet Devices. Youll need to read up on optimizing a flash sites SEO, this can only partially be done through flash. A text editer may be required to create additional files for your website. Good Luck!

What version of iPhoto are you using? Post a screenshot of the menu where you see dictation. That's the first time I've heard of that.

upgraded my macbook pro to mountain lion from snow leopard does this mean i can upgrade my imac as well for the same price? And will it mess it up?
You can upgrade the iMac for no extra charge - sign into the App Store there, download and install 10.8.
I recommend that you make a backup (Time Machine is probably the easiest method) before you install, and make sure that you are not using any applications that are incomptible with 10.8 (eg Office 2004) - other than that, it should go smoothly.

The big announcement Steve Jobs made was, of course, a sales pitch with all the "gee whiz" stuff -- no nitty-gritty, gory details.
Apple's "How to buy" post (http://www.apple.com/macosx/how-to-buy/) clearly says "To upgrade on day one" -- no mention of day two, or twenty.
It would be rather silly for Apple to take the position that, if you don't have broadband (for a 4 GB download), they don't want you as a customer. So it's likely there will be an alternative for such folks, such as a DVD or USB stick, possibly for a nominal extra fee. If so, that might also allow updating directly from Leopard.
When the actual release date is announced, there should be more details. -
Hi, My OS X is Leopard v10.5.8, w/Safari v5.0.6. I am considering downloading ClickToFlash 2.9.2 for general security reasons. I’m assuming this a good fit, being that Apple endorses this extension on their site. Does this mean i can download it w/out having to worry about any conflicts?,.. that its coming from a safe source, etc? Does it have any downsides? Is it easy to install?, ..or uninstall if i dont like it?
ALSO~ I’m assuming i dont need ClickToPlugin, because when on internet i always have “Enable Plugins” ~ DISABLED.

If so, can using Click to Flash;... and NOT clicking to flash, prevent Flash from loading, and possibly carrying a "security threat" [virus?], into Safari or my Mac? Apps in iTunes in the cloud and photos in photostream do not use your allocated i~Cloud space. -

Trying to upgrad to Mountail Lion and got an error message : 403 Forbidden. What does this mean? What can I do? I had no problem when I upgraded to Lion.
403 Forbidden HTTP status code in response to a request from a client for a web page or resource to indicate that the server refuses to allow the requested action. In other words, the server can be reached, but the server declined to allow the requested access.

When I open thunderbird and get logged in my Email address name at the top of my thunderbird email has a Paddle Lock on it. What does that mean? Can I get it off? I am using a VERIZON email address. Over the last 2 days I have not been able to down load any of my incoming email messages. It keeps asking me for my Password which I type in and then it says its incorrect. After resubmitting my password I get a Error message says #0012 password incorrect. Is this something thunderbird did or happened from the new update for Ver. 31.1.2? I need help.
The padlock indicates a secure connection to the server. You don't want to get rid of that.
Please check with Verizon whether something has changed on their end.

Can MeetingPlace Express make conference calls with just meeting ID and meeting password?

We have MeetingPlace Express version 2.1.1.2. It is working fine and everything but we need to change the way it works.
For audio only conference calls, we need the users to be able to initiate meetings without having to enter their profile ID and profile password.
For example when a caller dials the MPE number and presses 1 to start a meeting, he has to enter his PIN code to be authorized to start a meeting, we want to exclude this feature, so that any one who dials the number and wants to start a meeting, he will get a meeting ID and meeting password directly.
Is this possible in MPE 2 ? Appreciate your help please, thanks in advance.I poked around a system I have nearby and can't find a setting that is an obvious choice for this one. I experience the same behavior at the 30 minute mark.
One alternate approach you may try is called a continuous meeting. The viability of this approach depends on how this is being used:
This likely will NOT work if you have lazy users who can't manage their time.
The reason is a continuous meeting always consumes the licenses for itself, even if there are not participants currently in it.
This may work if you have defined groups of users who repeatedly meet as a group in an ongoing manner.
A continuous meeting is a scheduled meeting that reserves ports and a meeting ID indefinitely, so that
participants may join the meeting at any time on any day. Nevertheless, a continuous meeting is in
session only when at least one participant is in the meeting.

I have an ipod nano, classic and Iphone4s...i download itunes, it says it is completely downloaded, i go to play it either on my pc or on one of my devices and it plays about 24 seconds of the song and skips to the next song. Sometimes it continues to "play" as in the timer is still moving but there is no sound or picture...how do i fix this? It is really frustrating...i let it go with one or 2 songs but when it is everything I download any more I'm getting fed up. I tried going into the info on the song and options and making sure it didn't have the stop time changed (the solution that apple support gave me) Any solutions? I want to actually listen to the music I download!!!
