HT203167 I got new i phone 5 and my carrier activate my phone. In process some how my ring tone that I purchased on the old I phone 4 got lost or I don't know how to get them back.
I had a new phone activated. Lost ring tones that I had purchased in the transfer from i phone 4 -iphone five. What can I do get them back?
They will only be where you put them.
Did you transfer them from your iphone to your computer?
Did you sync them from your comptuer to your new iphone?

I have successfully created a new Apple Id. But when I am trying to update my apps on my iPhone5C, the old Apple Id is appearing. Please let me know how to update?
You should be able to log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then log in with your new account.
Any content that you downloaded with your old account will remain tied to that old account, so only that account can potentially redownload them and/or download updates to its apps. You should be able to reset the password on an iTunes account via http://iforgot.apple.com e.g. by answering the account's security questions. -

CS6 was the last version capable of opening Pagemaker files. It's included with Cloud subscriptions, so if you don't have it installed (or an earlier version) you can download it from your cloud subscription.
To open them you use File > Open..., but the quality of conversion can range between nearly perfect and total garbage, depending on the PM file and the status of links (unembed images before trying to convert). -
just got new ipohone 4s and used my wife's appleid to sync some apps. i now have my own appleid. i have logged in on my iphone but when i choose to update apps my wife's appleid is still there.
This is happening because there must be one or more apps on your phone that were purchased using your wife's Apple ID. Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them, regardless of the ID you are currently using in Settings>Store. The only way to stop the prompt for your wife's ID would be to delete these apps from your phone.

There is no "unlock code". If you legitimately unlocked your iPhone via ATT, you will get an email detaling the unlock process, which involves connecting to iTunes. Follow the directions in the email.
If you used one of those web sites that promise an magical "unlock code" you probably got scammed. -

Are you sure, you are viewing the correct iPhoto library? iPhoto may have created a new Library.
Hold down the alt/options key ⌥, while you double click iPhoto to launch it. Is there more than one Photo Library in the panel that opens? Then try the other libraries, if your photos are in there.

There have been a few threads about this. The feature seems to have gone missing in Mountain Lion even though the Help for Preview still mentions it.

I have a different apple ID and password and now I am unable to sync my apps to my new iPhone. How can I retrieve some of the apps that I purchased using the old ID?
Go to Settings>Store (or iTunes and Appl Store) and sign out and sign back in. If problem go to Settings>iCloud and make sure you are signed into the new iCloud account. You may have to create a new iCloud account.

At 4:30 PM today all of my secondary base stations simltaneously reset and lost connection. I am wondering what might have caused this. All of my eithernet connected stations remained green and connected but the relay stations sudenly lost any recogn
