Struggling with this one, I have two apple id's. One old one that I use for store purchases asscociated with old email address, along with a considerable purchase history. I also have an id assciated with a [email protected] email that I use for all other apple servcies and personal email. How do I make the xxxxx.me.com email address my single apple apple id but 'transfer' my legacy purchase history to this id? Thanks andy645

However, to do that you must first free the Gmail address from that other Apple ID. Then, when the Gmail address is no longer used in an Apple ID, you can use the same instructions to substitute the Gmail address for the Yahoo address in the Apple ID with the Yahoo address.

All content and data is forever associated with the Apple ID you used to download it. You should have reset the password for the original I'd.
