I purchased an App for my ipad/iphone and it is not as advertised and want to return for my $3.99 purchase. I go into HISTORY on iTunes and there is nothing there. Now what?

Did you purchase it from the iTunes Store or did you do the purchase from the App Store on the iPad?
Go to Search, and type in Pages, if nothing shows your iPad hasn't downloaded it.
Tap on App Store > Updates > Purchases, any sign of installation in progress? It is reasonably large so may take a while.

It sounds like you are not able to turn on your phone. You should use these steps in the following article to help resolve it, or setup service if needed:

Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

I have new iPhone 4s and music will not play I can pull my music up and hit the play button and it dose nothing!
Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?
And, just out of curiosity, what doe water filtration systems have to do with this?

My IPad 1 won't turn on - I have tried the tip of holding the start and the home button for 10 seconds - nothing happened. The battery is also not dead. Please help. It has been 2 days!!
I reccomend bringing it to the Apple genius bar.
Try to connect to iTunes, and if it works restore it. -
My ipad will not come on, I do not have a manual. Recommendations have been to reboot/reset it by holding down the home button and the sleep button. I do not know which button is which. Can someone please describe to me which two buttons to hold down?
Reset
1. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together)
2. For about 10 seconds
3. Until you see the Apple logo (very important)
4. Ignore the red slider

Just purchased a Track Pad. Can I use the track pad and my mouse at the same time?
Hello folks. Am new to the community. Asked a question but didn't go through.
Have just purchased a magic track pad for my desk top iMac. I have been using both the track pad and my mouse together.
It froze up after several hours. Is it ok to use both together? I find that fine movements are better on the mouse but the other
stuff is easier on the track pad.
Thanks for your help.That is very strange..... haven't heard of that one. I guess I'd try the following: unpair them all and start over, one by one. I must say, my current mouse is not an Apple mouse - and it is USB, so it doesn't come into play in this scenario, but it is listed in the bluetooth devices and I do have the keyboard and trackpad.

I need help with the above question concerning home screen not loading and IPAD 2 won't reboot by holding home button and restore button for over a minute.

is there a way to have itunes see the ipod shuffle it worked for three months even though when you hit the itune icon it say itunes is not installed correctly. This is after you reload itunes and it say successfull install have removed and reloaded itunes at least 5 times. Apple is of little help have spent hour on thier diagnostics. one thing odd it says to remove a program called quicktime that i never find.

There is no file or other things in the upper left corner. Not even a place to upgrade in the future. I talked to a guy in support today and I told him I was missing that stuff and he helped me navigate better but didn't really help me with the missing elements. Like why is my phone listed under home share sometimes and othertimes it is not.

I can't upload new apps or updated apps, and it shows that I have problem with last purchase. I guess my credit card is over limit and the purchase is not completed because of uncollected. I have filled up some to my credit card. Will it deduct later?
