If you mean you deleted the files from Pages on your phone whilst using iCloud, then yes they will disappear from Pages on your iPad too.
If you simply deleted the app from your phone, if you were using iCloud then they should not have disappeared from your iPad.
It's not clear from your post, which of these you did. -

Photos from my iphone and ipad are going into my photo stream on the devices but aren't going into the folder on my windows PC. They used to but they suddenly stopped. Has anyone else had this same problem?. I have checked all settings and they appear OK

Check this post, the dial assist is part of the iOS 7.1, according to page 49 of the iphone_user_guide
Make calls to your contacts and favorites while traveling abroad. (GSM) Go to Settings > Phone and turn on Dial Assist. Dial Assist automatically adds the prefix or country code for calls to the U.S.
This user had a similar problem and solved it by switching off the dial assist feature in Settings/Phone/Dial Assist

You can put the iPhone that went into water into a plastic baggie with either new silica gel packets (preferred) or raw rice and let it sit for 4 - 5 days. After that time remove the phone and connect it to power for at least a half hour. While it is still connected to power reset it by holding down the power and hold button, wait for the Apple logo then let go of the buttons. Might take several tries. If it revives immediately back it up. -

To restore from a back up made through iTunes, follow these instructions.
To restore from a back up made through iCloud, try the following:
The difficulty in restoring iCloud data from a back up is that the back up is older than the current version on iCloud and anything that is restored gets removed again when an iCloud sync occurs.
Ensure the device is connected to your local network.
Start the restore from iCloud back up.
Allow the devices settings to restore (watch for the confirmation of completion).
As the apps begin to restore pull the connection to your router WAN port (the one that goes to the telephone point).
Wait for the time out confirmation.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off contact syncing (keep contacts when prompted).
Reconnect the router to the internet and let the restore process complete.
Delete any iCloud contacts from iCloud.com on a computer.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn on contact syncing (merge contacts when prompted).
May I suggest that you carry out a back up to iTunes before you try anything, that way should things become even worse, you can at least restore back to where you are now. -
I´m a frequent user of personalized tags on my contacts. When I update to iOS7.0.2, my tags don’t appear on alphabetical order as they were on the other system. I already made a restoration of the system and it didn’t work. Is there any way to fix them?

Jailbroken phones are generally bricked for good. Throw it away, it's junk. -

I have this problem too, it's called "spoofing" aparently.
There isn't much you can do except change your email address which is a huge problem if like me you have an Apple one and can't change it without losing your whole iTunes and App purchase history which is a billiantly stupid bit of design on Apple's part.

Just updated our iPad2 to iOS 7, and all my photos in camera rolls are gone, can't locate them anywhere. Were they just deleted, or is there a way to find them? Did not have iCloud account, so not backed-up there.
We're you backing up to a computer using iTunes? If so, restore the backup from there.

I allow my grandchildren to play free games on my ipad and iphone that I download for them. Is there a way to prevent them from accidentally (or otherwise) purchasing upgrades? My 6 yr old just did so and has no idea how she did it. Is there a setting that would prevent this from happening?
