I purchased a movie on itunes and after updating the payment info, I realized that I accidently purchased the movie twice. Is there any way to cancel the purchase and get my money back for the second copy?

If you have tried the basics restart, reset, restore, then make an appointment at the genius bar. If the iphone is defective then they will replace it. -

Is the app not working as described ? All purchases are considered final, so if the app is working as described then you are probably unlikely to get a refund.
If it isn't then have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your phone, and if that hasn't fixed it then you've tried contacting the develeper ? I dowloaded ios5 for my iphone4, and when i finished the backup i lost all the music and all the videos i bought from the iTunes store. How can i get it back?
Backup do not contaiuns music or apps, you will either need to resync them from your itunes computer, or you can go to purchase history in itunes or app store app and go to purchase history and redownload them.

I can no longer open any attachments that are sent to me. I click on and get cannot preview (but have had this for ages). I am clicking on download and nothing happens. It does not download. I clicked to install a new version after updating and clicking repair. But still the attachments won't open including invoices I have received today. It is all attachments not just pdfs.

I know this has been solved as you reported, but I think you need to check with your e-mail provider. Did you also get this same e-mail on your computer? If you use the same ID for e-mail on computer and ipad, it should have appeared on both. It's very common spam. Check your computer to see if on it, the e-mail is in spam, or, if you deleted it on your ipad, check your recently deleted e-mails.
You might want to consider changing your password, though people sending spam, don't need it. My e-mail provider had me change my password, not because I was getting spam, but unknown to me, I was sending it! (You'll still get some spam, though.) It's when you learn that you're unknowingly sending spam...that you must change your password.

Want to update plug-ins as I've been getting script errors, usually involving chrome and what may be java script, advisories of virtual memory being too small, etc. Nurse indicates some "Up to date" in green box. Others indicate "unable to detect plug-in version. I click "research" and get myriad sites offering options I've no hope of understanding. Can you help? L
What are the names of the plugins that show up as "Research" on the [https://www.mozilla.com/plugincheck/ Mozilla Plugin Check] page?
For example, I only have one like that, Microsoft® Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin np-mswmp ... and the Research button lists a Microsoft page as the first link.

iPhone WiFi issue. I enter a password, click join, and get a message back that it is an incorrect password. I have several computers and other iPhones connected using the same password. Any ideas?

It sounds like you are not able to join your Wi-Fi network with the correct password on 1 out of many devices. I recommend the troubleshooting from the article named:

Restart your iOS device.
Update your device to the latest version of software.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
If that troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, I would next try these steps from further down the article:
Unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network
Verify that you're attempting to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
Make sure you're entering your Wi-Fi password correctly. Passwords may be case sensitive and may contain numbers or special characters.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings including:
previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords
recently used Bluetooth accessories
VPN and APN settings.

I accidentally Deleted the Mac app store from my computer. How can I get it back? I am using Yosemite
Another way is to open your Time Machine back up or clone (if you have one) and copy the App Store app from the /Applications to your Macintosh HD's /Application folder.
Right click on the Time Machine icon in the Menu Bar.
Select Enter Time Machine; then navigate to a date you know it was still there and copy if from the /Applications folder. -
I accidentally made my "File, Edit, Favorites" etc. toolbar disappear. How do I get it back?
In Firefox 3.6 and later on Windows you can hide the "Menu Bar" via "View > Toolbars" or via the right-click context menu on a toolbar.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the "Menu Bar" or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide (click on an entry to toggle the state).
