When I get an email on my iPhone and delete it, it still shows up on my MacBookPro inbox-which I want it to do.
When I delete an email in my inbox on my iPad it disappears everywhere- it's not on my MacBookPro inbox nor trash, it's nowhere to be found-nor on my iPhone. I need to be able to delete inbox messages on my iPad when traveling but still see them in my inbox on my MacBookPro when I get to my office. How can I do this? If not in still in the inbox at least in trash. Thank you.

Try this to change the deleted folder on the ipad to the same as on your mac

The steps are pretty much the same as the gmail account used in the instructions, you may also be able to refresh the email folder list on the mac
