You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the app is defective in some way. If you just don't like or no longer need the app, a refund is unlikely.

Ive used this app for a couple years now, invested a significant amount of money developing my account over that time (close to a couple of grand id say). The Apps support wont discuss the situation, just demand the cash to reopen my account. There is no anual fee or anything.... Its extrordinary behavior to now be faced with this loss of investment.
I dont wish to go into more detail in the public domain but your help in directing me to the apropriate contact/department would be greatly apreciated. I'm located in Australia.

How were you syncing contacts? If you still had the iPhone 4 connected and the 6 at the same time, then you may have made a fatal mistake. I'm guessing that you were using a cloud service for your contacts?

In itunes on your computer go to the itunes store which should be signed in with your Apple ID
Select the purchased link from under the Quick Links section on the right.
Navigate to what you purchased under music. Then you can redownload by clicking the cloud icon next to any item -
My younger daughter has wrongly purchased some apps from iTunes Store. The credit card has not been charged yet. It is showing overdue amount in her account. Can anyone suggest, how can we cancel the purchases?

I have downloaded a bunch of apps but they are not showing up on my ipod. They are showing up in my library but not on my ipod.
Connect your Device to Computer. Select your iPod Touch under "Devices" on the left Pane. On the right Pane, select APPS tab.
Make sure SYNC APPS box is checked. Scroll through the Apps and check the box of those newly purchased apps. Then click the SYNC or APPLY button on the lower right Window. -

Try using the Spotlight search on the iPod to try to find the app. It is likely that you just can't find it.

1. CC 2014 uses different folder for CEP extensions. If you installed both CC apps and CC 2014 apps, Extension Manager CC will install CEP extensoins to both "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEPServiceManager4/extensions" and "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions". Please check if you can find your extensions in the latter folder.
2. Flash based extensions are no longer supported by PS CC 2014. So if some of your extensions are Flash based, even if they are installed to the folder above, PS CC 2014 will not load them. You have to install their HTML based counterparts. Refer to

It's the 5th gen iPod touch and each song has the cloud symbol next to it that I can tap to download from the cloud onto my iPod but I don't want to have to do that for over 1000 songs so how can I do this all at once?
