I had removed a pop up ad from my email inbox page and tried to do the same to another one on the opposite side of the page. I think this ad was not a pop up but part of the inbox page. As I did to the pop up ad, I right clicked on it, and then clicked on 'View Page Info'. I then went to the 'Permissions' window where there were 7 categories, all with the 'use default' option checked. I unchecked all of them and checked 'Blocked' for all 7.
As soon as I closed the window, I was thrown out of my inbox and was sent back to the log-in page for my email. When I went to log back in, I was unable to. I am stuck on the log-in page and it won't let me access my inbox. I called RCN, my provider, who was able to get in right away. I then used my Internet Explorer browser and was able to get into my email inbox perfectly fine. The 'tech' at rcn said it has something to do with Mozilla and tried to get me to reset it but warned me that I will lose all settings. I am hesitant to do that and I would so appreciate you fine folks at Mozilla to tell me what happened and how to fix it.

In a new tab, type or paste '''about:permissions''' and press Enter. Allow a few moments for the list on the left to populate, as this information needs to be extracted from a database.
Then type or paste ''rcn''' in the search box above the list to filter it to the most relevant domains. When you highlight a domain, you can adjust its permissions in the right pane.

You are as far as you can be with the original iPad; only iPad 2 and greater will update to 7+

Claudius,either you didn't read my post, or you jumped to conclusions. I had a skype account that was created using a microsoft account (NOT THE ACCOUNT I AM USING NOW). PURE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT NO OTHER ACCOUNT LINKING.I had to change the primary mail of that account.I was told "no can do" by skype support.I found that if I went to account settings and clicked on the link on the line below the one that said "MICROSOFT etc" (labeled something along the lines of "TV or Device") I got the opportunity to set the password of the "live:username" account (WHICH YOU COINCIDENTALLY HAVE TO DO IF YOU WANT TO USE SMART TVs ETC).Once that was done, I COULD SUCCESSFULLY DO WHAT SKYPE SUPPORT SAID WAS IMPOSSIBLE- I could change the primary mail address. once that was done, and NOT BEFORE, I linked the account to a facebook account as well, just to be sure I have more than one way to access the skype account. What caused you to get the impression that I was writing something else? furthermore this sentence - "The solution you described in your initial message isn't actually once since all the time you were operating on different account that weren't actually linked" does not make sense, I think you mis-edited it.and I need to point out that you are incorrect. Why can't I download the free Apple apps for my new iPhone 5S? It was set up in store and restored from my iPod Touch 5.
Are you logged in with the same account that was used to activate the phone ? If you are, and the apps aren't showing as free, then try logging out of your account by tapping on it at the botto of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if they then show as free.

RV042 - I have customer who upgraded to 20 meg cable internet service and can only get 10 meg thru the router. The customer had upgrade to a 20 meg cable internet service from a 10 meg service. The customer is only able to get the 20 meg service going from cable modem to PC. If he goes thru the RV042 router, he is only getting up to 10.7 down and 1.37 up. Additional steps taken….He had a Linksys SRW224P switch connected to the RV042 router and we had disconnected this switch for testing purposes. We performed the speed test again and we get the same speed results so we know the switch is not the issue.He had upgraded to firmware version 1.3.12.19 – TM Feb 13, 2009 – tested speed and no change.We accessed the web management interface and tried several modifications. This includes the following…..- We disabled the firewall – no change- We disabled SPI with is the Stateful Packet Inspection (I was thinking this one would do it) – no change in speed.- We disabled DoS (Deny of Service) – no change.- We set MTU to Manual and tested various byte increments based on MTU ping testing. – Once again, no change in speed. He is NOT using Load balancing on the routerHe has NO access rules but does have a few port forwards. Finally, with each change, he is saving the changes on the router.
You are expecting 20MB throughput on a $150 router? Well, ok, maybe.. Can you check on your router or switch if the port is set or auto negotiated to 10 or 100? That could explain 10MB limit (although technically a 10Mb port is considered 20Mb theoretical max throughput as 100Mb port is considered 200Mb per Cisco). So maybe you ended up with 10/half somehow? MTU 1500 would also be good for that connection I think and to try to get max throughput.

Try a device reset and start over again with the setup.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
Re-reading the post, I now see your issue more clearly...can you rotate the screen (be sure Orientation Lock is disabled) to have the "agree" tap-able section in a different physical place (out of the bad section) on the screen so the bad part of the screen will be in a different area? Give that a try.
