Try updating it on your computer. If you get a message that your iPhone is up to date then you actually have an iPhone 4, not a 4s.
Settings > General > About > Model number. What does it show?

Is there a fix coming for this? If not, can you tell me how to restore to the previous version so i can use my devices again?
