I imagine millions upon millions of people are attempting to download and install it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + a few million more.

You may need to force close all open apps, then restart the phone. If necessary, you may need to reset the phone after that.

Ap Store tells me any app I try to download cannot be purchased at this time, please try later

I believe I have congigured my new iPad 4 correctly but when ever I try to downfrom App Store a window tells my I cannot purchase now, please try later. I have tried several apps.

If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

Select setup as "New", the next screen should prompt you to rename your phone. Just name it what you already have it named. After that, you should be able to sync and all of your data & settings will still be exactly as you've already set them up on your phone. The message is more threatening than what really happens.

I just set up a new group and then added myself to the group. I clicked on send E-mail to group and a message appeared.
