I am resetting my ipod touch and while trying to restore backup from icloud i get message "cannot restore" What can i do now?
Do the software update on the new iPhone so you have iOS 7.0.4 and then restore the old backup.

Has anybody else had an iPod touch battery go into "deep Discharge"? Mine did after 6 months use, Mains charger did not work, computer charger did not work, so took it for repair under warranty. I was then told about "deep discharge" , and it has to be connected to a Mac computer to recharge again. This cost me $80 AUS. It does not say much for iPod batteries, especially if you don't have a Mac to charge it if it happens again. In fact it sounds like a fundamental flaw in the product......
There are other repair companies for the touch/iPhone. Google them, you might find a lower price.

we are calling sharepoint webservice from our web application but we are getting below error while calling webservice.
Server was unable to process request. ---> Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

We used below 2 options but we got same error for both scenario,

If the photos were synced to the iPod you have to unsync them.
To delete photos from your device
In iTunes, select the device icon in the Devices list on the left. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
Choose "Sync photos from."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.
Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
Click Apply.
If they are in the camera roll album you can delete them by selecting the photo and tapping the trash can icon -

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

I am having problems with my outlook 2011. While i am able to check and SEND email on all my other devices ( Ipad, iphone, Macbook), I am unablesend any email with my iMac ( i can recieve email) . When I import photos taken from my Ipod Touch 4 to My Mac Desktop, I click delete photos on ipod, but they do not delete. Is the only way to delete them individually (I have 1,400 photos!) or is there a way to delete them all in one go?
I realise you can you can delete them on your ipod slowly as you have to click on each one, and you can restore your ipod, but surely there is a way to get around this?

I've same problem in iPhone 5c. I was using iPhone 4, problem appears after updating to ios7. I changed my phone to iPhone 5c, looks like it's a bug in ios7. But I think you might not turn on or off your internet connection frequently to reduce this problem. My friend has a same iPhone she never gets such problem like this cause she uses iPhone 5c with Tata Docomo (India) 2g with no internet connection.
