I see several people having the same problem of podcasts not loading and 1 was 2 weeks ago,so hey support how soon will this be fixed?

This forum is a user-to-user forum - it always has been. It is designed so that we users can help each other.
You have to remember that sometimes an entire thread can be wrong. Perhaps the people posting about Podcast problems are wrong. Certainly, there is one thread that has been going on for some time, but the people with the problem seem reluctant to try any suggestions put forward to them, especially if the suggestion includes the thought that Apple may not be the cause of the problem. I use Podcasts all the time and rarely have any problems.
Apple (by the way) is not the cause of every single known problem in the universe!
That said, if you have a problem with Podcasts, why not tell us here and we'll see if anyone can help you?

I have been having troubles with this for months and am extremly tired of not being able to download my songs. I bought these songs off of Itunes as well, so I really hope i can retrieve them. I do not know where to find a personal apple support person yet, does anyone know where to find one on the website?

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. Looking up your camera online, I found it is capable of 1920 x 1080 Full HD 60p Recording. It's the 60p (60 frames per second Progressive) that's the problem I think. iMovie '11 will do 60i (Interlaced). You might need to convert it from the format the camera currently uses into another format to get it into iMovie. What problems are you having with Firefox 4?
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

Did you really mean "os 11"? There is no such OS.
There is iTunes 11, is that possibly what you are referring to?
It's best to be specific about the issues that are occurring and in what version, as some versions fix issues that exist in other version.

I realize this. When calling prepaid cus service it only gives you the option to input your #. If you dont the system hangs up on you. When I input my number the system doesnt recognize it and hangs up on me.

Which operating system are you running? Not sure, click the apple on the left of the menu bar, the click about this mac. It will say version 10.6.x or 10.7.x.
