I have bought my daughter an iPad mini and I've tried to set it all up for her and get her an apple account so she can download games and music but it keeps saying she doesn't meet the age restriction. How can I set this up for her as she has an iPod and would like to access music from iTunes ect.
There are age restrictions for an Apple ID. These are in place for a good reason. Simply set it up to use your iTunes account/Apple ID for purchases. If you don't have one, create one.

Her own ID. You cannot transfer purchases between IDs so anything bought on your account will require your authorization should she need to download in the future.

Restart the iPad. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then sign in your Apple ID. -

Only issue is its now wanting me to enter billing info when I download a free appHow can I get a prepaid iTunes card?

You can create an Apple ID without a credit card by following this guide exactly: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Note that you have to start by downloading a free app, then create the ID.

I have two Apple Accounts. One in Switzerland and one in China. I used to be able to updates all of my apps by clicking individual apps. One day I clicked update all by accident. Restore the phone as new. Wait a couple of days before adding any apps to see if it's running ok. Then, add apps a couple at a time so that, if any of them cause issues, you'll have an idea which one. -

You need to view your iTunes account and make sure you have a valid payment method in the account. Unless you initially setup the account without a credit card you need a valid payment method even for free apps.

I am getting "an unknown error has occurred" when trying to download any free apps from my brand new 4S iPhone.
Please Help!!I had the exact same problem. Worked fine for a couple days then suddenly getting this error. I fixed it, however.
Do this:
Open the App Store app on your phone.
Go to the "Featured" section.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on your Apple ID.
Screen pops up. Choose "Sign out".
Scroll to the bottom of the "Featured" section again.
Sign back in.
Try your download again.

Because an iPhone warranty is only good in the country of purchase. You will have to take it back to the USA or send it to someone there to have them take it to an Apple store.

I just got an iPod 4th generation and Im trying to sync my iTunes songs and books from my dell laptop on to my iPod but it says I need iTunes 10.6.3. So I tryed to download it on the apple website but it keeps saying that there is an error. I have continuous problems with my iPad Mini, and it is getting worse! Newstand application keep pausing or crashing, websites keep hanging first time in but then open fine the second time, and I have problems with applictions crashing. Has anyone experienced similar problems and any suggestions?
Has the device always behaved this way? Did this start as a result of an update to the iOS software? If the problem is that bad, you should probably restore the iOS software and then restore from a backup. If that fails, restore as new and rebuild the device. If that fails, it's time for a trip to an Apple Store to let them have a look at the iPad.
