HHow do I activate iMessage? Keeps saying waiting for activation, and then I do my Apple ID and password then it says an error has occurred.?
Is your phone activated with your carrier? Can you make a phone call and send a text message?

If you have a GSM phone, try Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password
(If you do not have a GSM phone, you will not see this in Settings.) -

From what I'm seeing, looks like it's being fixed even as we speak. My recommendation is to wait an hour or so and check again. Inconvenient, but that's probably the best option.

I have Windows 7 on my computer, and my iTunes is the latest version. My new phone has the latest version also. When I go to the Music tab in iTunes under my phone, the only option is Sync voice memos. What the heck? I bought the largest phone so I could have all my music on my phone also. My music library is on an external hard drive but it's on the network and I my phone should have access to it.
I want to get this completed sometime before next year.You need to use a different Apple ID for iCloud.
Create a new Apple ID https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
On your iPhone enter the new Apple ID in Settings > iCloud > Account.
You can all continue to use the original Apple ID for iTunes and App Store. -

I tried setting up in the car but it says to enter pass key on the phone; which I can't figure out how to do as it gives me a key pad but
the only button is the "Call" button???You must unlock your phone by entering its passcode (if any), then go to Settings/Bluetooth. In the car you must enable Pairing mode (check the manual for the car). When the two see each other you may have to enter a pairing passcode, but this should be displayed in the car. For most hands-free pairing the passcode will be "0000", but you should check the car's manual.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You could simply ensure that only the numbers and addresses you wish to use on each device are checked at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. However this isn’t an ideal solution because the other person can always change these settings from their device and have some fun with you and your contacts.
You’d be far better getting them to delete your account from their device and have them create one of their own. If you are sharing an ID for some other service such as iTunes, you can continue to do so, you only need change the ID for messages. -

Looks like your syncing pics on your computer to your phone. to remove it when your phone is sync to itunes, uncheck sync in the photos tab. -
