HT5927 I don't know how to add my IEMI number or serial to find my phone. I do not have the iPad in my possession
My iPad was recently replaced at the Apple store and I did not have time to sync it so the new IEMI or Serial number could register on find my iPhone/iPad
Is there a way to go add it now that it is missing?

When I open a pdf file, after a few seconds, it hides the toolbar and I don't know how to get it back. I use multiple monitors and, without being able to grab the toolbar, I am unable to move the pdf file to a different monitor. How do I stop this?
Does Firefox switch to full screen if you press F11 ?
You can also try the F10 key to see if that brings up the menu bar.

When I was using the find my iPhone app on my iPad it only showed my iPad and I wanted to add another device in it but I don't see a edit or a add button. Does anyone know how to?
The devices shown are the ones linked to your Apple ID / iCloud account and who have Find my iPhone enabled.

Just been on holiday and one of our party lost his iPhone 4s.He didn't set it up on iCloud.He has it set to vibrate and it goes straight into voice mail. Does anyone know if there is a way of locating it without iCloud/MobileMe?
We do know his number which is a bonus I suppose

Boz1070Sorry, unless Find My Phone was turned on & activated on that phone, there is no way to locate it other than physically looking for it.

On the new phone, Settings App > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. When it is done it will ask if you want to Restore From iCloud Backup, pick this.

If you deleted it from the Find My iPhone device list, it should automatically reappear when it goes back online. If it doesn't, try turning Find My iPhone off, then back on.
