I can not get my Elements 9 to function right. I had apple transfer all my programs to my new apple and now it does not work. Please help

You will need to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
which won't seem to do anything but you can't continue the process without doing it. Then you can go around and manually remove all the bits and pieces you can find. Don't only check the applications folder but also hard drive>library>application support>adobe and your username>library>preferences. Post back if you don't know how to get to those. Spotlight will not help you--it's programmed to ignore these kinds of files.
Then you can reinstall from scratch.

To transfer the product from one system to another , first step would be to deactivate the product from that machine so that you have an empty seat available for you . Second step , will be to get the media and install the product on the new machine and then activate it using the serial number that you will have .

Its likely there but he pop up page isn't resizing properly.
Try a reset: Simulaneously hold down the On and Home buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it should appear. When shut down is complete, turn the iPad back on.

I have a program called commission killer that I have downloaded and I can't open it because it says compileBot has stopped working. It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. I want to be able to use this program and yet I don't know what to do to correct this. I have deleted it closed the firewall and the security program AVG but that didn't work either when I redownloaded the program. Any suggestions>?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

If you have Lightroom 3 still installed, you can get it from there.
If you don't and you have your box/disk, it should be on there.
IF you don't have either of those,and you registered your software, you can log into your Adobe account and retrieve it there.

Installing iTunes does not cause content to magically appear on the computer.
Your media is only where you put it.
iOS devices are not backup devices.
Copy the media from the old computer to the new computer.
