I am getting really upset, i just got my iphone 5c and itunes cant seem to restore and update it ? it has made 7 errors so far, i followed the more information suggestion but it is so irratating because it doesnt seem to work..and i cant even turn it on
help...i cant seem to sort this out and itunes are really doing my head in...keeps saying check you have the right version when i have the most up to date version of itunes, it tells me to restart the computer and i do..then it still doesnt work and now i cant even turn my iphone on without it wanting itunes and not moving past the page...i am seriously needing help before i go completely insane! it isnt working and i cant call vodafone or apple because it will not work at all and its not even a day old. I am near the end of my tether with this and i have never had this problem before, raging isnt even the word i would use to describe how i am feeling.

I got disconnected after the release of the last update! I'm disconnected only from the app store and itunes. Do i have to update to activate my account? What to do, i'm stuck.
Have you restarted your phone?
If so, try a reset. Press and hold the home & sleep/wake buttons until the screen goes blank, ignoring the power off slider if it comes up.
Check for the app again after the phone starts back up.

I unfortunately just got my IPhone 4s stolen.I thought I had the find my iPhone enabled but I didn't because I cannot locate the phone when I sign in ICloud.I have a password on the phone but i'm not sure if I turned on the option where the phone resets if you incorrectly put the password more than ten time. I immediately called my phone company (Verizon) and reported the phone stolen.So I know whoever took the phone cannot place calls or use the phone. But can they still access my data on the phone if they manage to unlock the phone? If so how can I erase all data on the phone so the thief can't access my personal information? is there any other way other than Find my IPhone to wipe off the data on the phone? I really don't want my personal information such as pictures, text messages, notes and social networks profile available to a stranger!!? Help please!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your phone! I understand the need for an active device. You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date. Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off. If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made. - Exactly what are you doing? You saying you are trying to syn it to new comnputer. When yuo sync it to a new computer iTunes will erase the iPod and replace its contents with what is i the iTunes library of the new computer.

You must be signed into the mobile iTunes Store using the same Apple ID you used to originally purchase iTunes Match. On the iOS device go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID. Log out, then log in with the correct ID.

Just got my iPhone 5. I get a message saying it can't be used as it requires iTunes 10.7 or later, when I connect to iTunes. But the current version is 10.63. Please help!
iPhone 5 requires iTunes 10.7 or greater to sync with your computer. You need to update iTunes on your computer. If running OS X, this requires OS X 10.6.8 or greater...Snow Leopard.

It is a 64 GB Iphone 5s and I am running Windows 7 x64 on all of my pcs.
I just got an iphone 5s and now it wont connect to any of my windows 7 PCs, it just gets detected as an unknown device and is unable to be detected correctly. It was connected to one windows 7 pc about a week ago and worked but now I tested it on 4 other computers including a macbook running osx and it isnt detected. I tried the whole Apple Guide and it was no help.install the latest version of itunes

No, no one here can help you, & neither can/will Apple. Only Orange can authorize the unlocking of your phone, & typical of most carriers, they will only do so for customers using the phone on their network.
Either establish service with Orange, then request the phone be unlocked, or sell it to someone that can use it on their network. -
I just got an iPhone 4 and I'm trying to use it on the t mobile network. The thing is, I've tried restoring the phone so I could use it. I haven't tried my sim on other phones yet. But I will try to see if it works. The iPhone is supposedly factory unlocked btw. Anyways, when I put in my tmobile sim, it searches for the service, but it always ends up saying NO SERVICE. I checked that my network says that the "phone not allowed". So I don't have 3G on this phone I presume. I heard that you need 3G to have service is that correct? But how do I resolve it? The iPhone does know that my phone carrier is tmobile. It just says no service. And I've tried restoring it three times and turning it off and on and it won't work. I don't have a data plan for tmobile tw! Hopefully someone can help! Thank you so much in advance!

I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Do I need assign a name to both my iphones? I just got an iPhone 5, BUT I still use my iPhone 3GS as a camera & iPod, and will need to back it up and sync it occassionally, I have NOT named either phone yet, they are recognized only as "owner's iphone".
NOTE: I HAVE A P.C.
Is there any danger of not naming them, and itunes confusing them, and gathering wrong backup info, etc.
ALSO....Does turning the volume all the way down silence all phone sounds? In other words before I sleep, do I need to click that little switch on the left side of the phone to achieve complete silence, if so, is there an INTERNAL way to do this so I don't have to push my finger in there through my otter box case to turn it off.?
I have AT&T on my iPhone 5, and I was wondering if there was a way to save my voicemails permanently somewhere, because they get erased by AT&T every 14 days.
ALSO.....How do I manage my 20,000 photos, in "my pictures" in my PC, shall I have one folder which has ALL of photos ALL OF THEM.........In sequence and then create dozens of other folders by event, catagory, etc. I get SO CONFUSED on what to do with my photos, what is THE BEST WAY to keep them organized.

Keyboard Superdrive Eject No Longer Works...
