They are only free via the account orginally purchased or if they came pre installed on the computer. Depending on what you have purchased already us the one account for the app store - saves headace and hassel in the future thus not double buying software. Do you have iwork installed on your imac? meaning the iwork 09? if you do your should be able to to to the store and update it. Worked fine for me since i bought the DVD version of iwork 09 and Aperture 3. Hi, the last install dvd that came out for mac's was Snow Leopard,10.6.3. Lion is a download from apple. You cannot just install it over Yosemite. You would have to backup your drive to save files you want and do a clean install. You might want to look into getting more memory. My iTunes library will not completely sync to neither my iPad nor my iPhone -- both are completely updated with the latest software. What do I have to do?? When I try to do the "autofill" option when connected to iTunes it says "no songs can be copied"...I literally bought some of these songs yesterday on my iPhone and now I can't sync them to my iPad. What is this issue? Usually I would just have to plug either device into iTunes and everything would sync, now nothing new syncs.
On your iPad tap Settings > Store
Switch Books off then back on then reset your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -

Connect phone to computer.
Select Restore.
Tell iTunes which of the available backup files to use, let iTunes restore it.

I bought an unlocked Iphone 3GS, I needed to update Ios5 and restored the settings for that which was not authorised for unlocke, but after that iphone is not getting activate and no sim card insatlled error is there. i m using local sim card in Pakistan
You didn't buy an 'unlocked' iPhone 3GS - you bought a 'hacked' one.
Updating to iOS 5 removed the hack and the unofficial unlock.
All you can do is try to find out which network the phone is locked to and ask them if they can unlock it properly.
Otherwise, sell it or throw it away and buy an officially unlocked phone from an official source. -

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. I deleted an audiobook out of my iTunes library. Now I have to pay again to download it. Is this the only way?
Have you checked to see if the deleted file is still in the recycle bin. If so you can restore it and add it back into the library. If it is on an iPod or iOS device it could be transferred back to your library. As Steve says audiobooks from the iTunes store are currently supplied on a one time only basis, unlike most other purchases. Hopefully the position with audiobooks will change too over time. In the meantime you could Contact Support and explain the circumstances surrounding your error. They may be able to grant an exception and resupply your missing audiobook.

No, "My Number" was not listed in my Phone menu, I had to manually type it it. Is there a way for that number to automatically be listed in that "My Number" spot? No..
You cannot download any version of Logic that you bought on CDs.... You must reinstall it using the disks that came with the boxed set.
The only downloadable version now is Logic Pro X....which, like everyone else.... you must buy via the App Store... as it is a new version and there is no upgrade from any other version.
