You can change a password for an Apple ID. However, now whoever finds the iPod will know his email address and I assume that the email address is his Apple ID.

According to the terms of the iTunes Store, you have to be 13 in order to have an Apple ID.

Further to my earlier post, I have just read an entry noting that if you already own a domain name, and ask your hosting service to forward and mask your iWeb '08 created, web.mac.com site to your personal domain, chances are that due to the masking of the site on web.mac.com, Safari browsers interpret the masking as being the end of the site, and as such, just return a blank page?
This may explain the problem. However, call me old fashioned, and possibly a little naive, but surely this cannot be the problem?? It's OK in Firefox! -

Ah, yeah water could be the problem. It depends on where the water went into the phone. Try this, turn the phone off and place in a bag of uncooked rice for a couple of days. The rice will asborb the water. This may or may not work.

How do I connect my macbook pro to my samsung smart tv its the D7000 and has all share?
My suggestion is to get the magic trackpad, magic keyboard and magic wand and connect a DVI to HDMI cable and use the MBP in clamshell (closed) mode. This will allow you to run 1080P into the TV and essentially use the Samsung as a HUGE monitor. At that point you can use the TV itself to display whatever you want off the laptop or simply switch inputs and stream stuff out of smarthub as usual. I tried to connect mine via allshare (by the way samsung has the free allshare download of software for the PC but not the mac.) and while i DID have some succes (under windws) i had to run a non secure connection and in the end the cool factor wasn't worth the hassle, to me anyway. It was sort of a "cool i did it" now why bother..... Hope this helps.

I switched to Mavericks two weeks ago and have had nothing but troubles. Scrolling in I photo is slow and very inaccurate. When I click and drag a photo the ones above it all flicker, making it hard to find where to put it. My bookmarks bar Icons are all blue. Before they used to show the symbol for the company they represented. Now I click on one, it changes to what I want, then a few minutes of hour later, it goes back to the blue ball, which I hate. My font size is different with every page and I have to click Zoom in all the time. I tried adjusting it in Preferences in Advance settings on the right, but this does not solve the problem permanetly. I have one web page, a hockey one, which tries to load, then I get either a black page or a white one. Driving me nuts. I need some help. Been to Apple at the store, talked to them on the phone for four hours last week. Rebuilt the I photo library with no luck. Would appreciate any help. Please Thanks. I even keep a fan behind my computer to keep it cool, that is how much I look after this baby. Some say it might be Safari? Not sure. I have little computer experience, so please it you are kind enough to reply, do not use tech talk or short forms as I will not understand any of it.

I have a few of your issues as well: 1) Safari popular icons are all bue making them very hard to distinguish from each other. 2) My font size is also different with each page / window. What I have been able to find out is that in the Maverick OS - Apple removed one size of display resolution 2048 x 1152. Whether this is the cause of my 27" screen clarity & font size issues, I do not know - but it seems like a contributing factor. Maybe help is on the way - maybe not. Cheers -
