I am trying to change my main emailaddress in mail, I want another than my Icloud-email to be the main email, but don't know how to change it?

I want to change my main email adress in mail. Now it is the apple.me.com address. I would like it to be another one.
But I don't know how.

You can set the pref dom.ipc.plugins.timeoutSecs to to -1 on the about:config page to disable the timeout.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

You need more storage on your iPad, however, it can't be increased. iCloud storage is ecternal to the iPad and is used for backup.
You need to delete some item on the iPad.

I got a new phone but backed it up through my itunes, and when I tried to use icloud it kept telling me I have forgotten my password, when I really really didn't. For starters, I have a late 2009 Macbook (white) and am running Mountain Lion (10.8.2). Anyway, I purchased this computer off of someone else and I would like to change what I assume is the home directory (little house logo) from "appleuser" to my name. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything online that is helpful to me. I saw one thing that talked about changing the root login or something like that, but I couldn't even find it when following the steps that were given.
Anyway, like I said I bought the computer off of someone else and seeing the "appleuser" drives me insane so I'd like to change it. Anybody know how?

Open the Users & Groups pane of System Preferences, create a new user account, and log in with it; alternatively, after unlocking the pane, control-click that account, choose Advanced Options, and change it there.

I am trying to launch iTunes but receive a message saying the "version has not been localized for this language" and to "run the English version" - but I dont know how ...

I upgraded the version of iTunes about a week ago but have not logged on since. when trying today I have received the following message -
"This version of iTunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version".
I though I would try to update the version from the Apple site but to do so I have to log into iTunes which is the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Start by trying to repair iTunes from the programs and features control panel.
Otherwise, for general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

hello, i'm doing a project for my intro to java class. i'm almost done but i'm very confused on making my main and class work. the counter for my class slotMachine keeps resetting after 2 increments. also i don't not know how to make my quarters in the main receive a pay out from my class. The main problem is that you made the first and second slot machine to pay out 2 quarters after 3 games and the third machine pay out two quarters after two games. That is not what your assignment specified.

The second problem is that you never add the payout of a machine to Martha's number of quarters.
Look carefully at the way your professor implemented the game() method. If you think about it, what it returns is the net "gain" from playing a game. On jackpot it returns payOut -1 (jackpot less the one quarter Martha had to pay for the game), otherwise it returns -1 (Martha spends one quarter and wins nothing).
So what you can do is simply add the returned value to the number of quarters in the jar -

Trying to upgrade my firmware but don't know how

I have a wrt54g version 8 router. It's been working fine for the last couple of years but since I changed my ISP I have to keep resetting it. I know the problem is the firmware. However, when I go to the Linksys website and try to download ver 8.00.5 I get a box stating that it's an (unknown file type 1.59MB.) When I try to find a program online to open it, I get (No known program will open this file. This file is part of a program.)
I tried calling Linksys support bet they wanted to charge me $29 to upgrade the firmware for me. Are they kidding? I just bought a Netgear wireless g for $39 just in case I can't fix this one.

You don't open that file at all. It is a .bin file used by the router. Download the firmware and rename it to code.bin. Now run the firmware upgrade section in the router and point it to that file. Once upgraded, power cycle the router and reconfigure it.

Hi, the last few times i have tried to sync my iPhone 4 to my itunes it won't work. I plug my phone into my computer, to sync any new pictures i have taken or add my new music i have bought on my phone, and hit sync. It appears to start syncing then an error message appears saying the following:
The iPhone 'my iPhone' cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation.
I'm not sure what this means or why this keeps happening. I have the latest iTunes and i have not done anything different. It appears to have wiped some of my music from my iPhone and a number of my photo albums off. Please can someone help or advise how i resolve this issue. Thanks.

When you set up iOS7 the second screen specifically asks that you create a four digit code .
That's what you now need to re-enter in your phone.
Once entered you can go to system/general/Passcode lock
Re-enter the same code and choose turn Passcode off
iOS 7 has been designed to enforce minimum passcode security by default or in the case of the new 5s use of finger print level security.

If by "converted" you mean that you've converted the trailer to a normal project using the menu option File>Convert to Project, then YES it is still possible to edit the Credits Title.
In the converted project, double-click on the blue Title bar that sits above the background clip. In the Viewer, double-click on the text you wish to change (or highlight text by dragging over it). Now you can replace the highlighted text by typing in the new text. You can also change fonts and font colours.
It's always good practice to duplicate the Trailer before converting it. To do this, while in Project Library view, click on the Trailer name in the Library then select File>Duplicate Project. A copy will appear in the Library with the same name as the Trailer, but with the number 1 appended. You can rename this copy as desired. Now, convert the duplicate to a standard project and continue with your editing as required. You now have the original Trailer in template form (which can be further edited), and can duplicate it again if required.

Windows media is corrupt, I have QuickTime but don't know how to make the change, can you please help me?

Hi, I am new to you and I am having problems with my Windows Media. I ran a fix it test on it and it came back saying that the player is corrupt and can not read the dll. Plus I have gotten pop-ups saying the script on the page had quit running 2 or 3 times, that's what made me check it. I have Quick Time on here, I have never used it before. How do I properly go about making the the switch? Do I delite the Windows Media? Do I need to do anything to QuickTime other than just open it? Thank you so much for your time & help.

When you say "account," do you mean your iTunes library, because your iTunes library is what is on your computer? Your iTunes library does not have an email address. An account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID (which is an email address) and you use it as your user name to sign in to the iTunes Store, to make purchases. Changing your Apple ID will not make songs disappear from your computer's iTunes library.
If you had an Apple ID and used it to make song purchases from the iTunes Store, and then started using a different Apple ID, you should be able to re-download the songs purchased with the old Apple ID. In iTunes, sign in to the iTunes Store using your OLD Apple ID (and password). That may not be your current email address, but Apple uses it as your user name, so it does not matter.
On the iTunes Store Home screen, click on Purchased under QUICK LINKS. This takes you do the Purchased screen, where you can re-download previous song purchases (for that Apple ID) at no cost.
NOTE: If those song purchases are from more than a few years ago, you may also need to authorize your computer to play (and sync) songs for your old Apple ID.
For songs that were not purchased from the iTunes Store, if they are also gone, you cannot get them back unless you have a backup (or they are still loaded on your old iPod).
