Often printing problems are a sign of corrupt preferences. Go to HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences, delete the com.apple.iwork.pages.plist file & then restart Pages.

Reset the system
You can reset the Mac's parameter RAM and SMC.
Reset the resolution
Start by resetting the Mac's parameter RAM. If the display does not come up, was previously set to an unsupported resolution, and still results in no video:
Start up in Safe Mode.
From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.
Choose Displays from the View menu to open the preferences pane.
Select any resolution and refresh rate that your display supports.
Restart your computer.
See if that resolves the issue and gets your video playing again.

Strange that your dealer could not help.
When my car was in for its 6 month service in July/August I mentioned this problem to the dealer service dept (Northway Honda, Bundoora, Vic)
The person booking the car in told me an update to the software was needed and that they would do the update.
I don't know if it was free as there was no specific listing of a software update on the invoice - just a lot of item numbers.

Symptoms
A purplish or other colored flare, haze, or spot is imaged from out-of-scene bright light sources during still image or video capture.
Resolution
Most small cameras, including those in every generation of iPhone, may exhibit some form of flare at the edge of the frame when capturing an image with out-of-scene light sources. This can happen when a light source is positioned at an angle (usually just outside the field of view) so that it causes a reflection off the surfaces inside the camera module and onto the camera sensor. Moving the camera slightly to change the position at which the bright light is entering the lens, or shielding the lens with your hand, should minimize or eliminate the effect.

I am running WINDOWS XP and I get the same message as ITunes 10.6.1. installs. "A program required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your support personnel or package vendor." The installation then terminates itself.
The message comes up while installing my current edition ITunes 10.3 with QuickTime, but the program seems to ignore this message and completes the installation.
What program is missing so that ITunes can be installed without any problems?

If raster images, do they contain clipping paths or transparency?
What is your platform and OS?
Were the FH documents created on the same platform (Mac or PC) as the one you are currently using?
Were the linked files created on the same platform (Mac or PC) as the one you are currently using?
Can you reproduce the problem with a newly created document and the same linked images?
There was once an issue with transparent 1-bit TIFF images shifting, but I believe that was in a previous version of FH.

After installing the safari 5.1.7 update when Im on aol and I go to ebay or certain web sites the sign in area and password area is blacked out? Has any one else had this issue and how to you correct it.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Now back to the menu bar, click Safari > Empty Cache
Quit then relaunch Safari.
Try one of the sites you had trouble accessing...

I updated to the new ios 7.1.1 and now my iphone 4S does not ring. It does vibrate, but even though I've checked all my settings and confirmed that it IS set to ring, it doesn't. Anyone else had this happen, and if so, found a solution?

I have tried the usual: check to be sure "do not disturb" is not activated (it isn't), checked the ringtone to be sure it did ring (it did). . . this didn't seem to happen right away after the update, for some reason -- it was initially ringing just fine. Start with your finger at the bottom of the screen (about even with the home button) and swipe in an upward motion. There should be a row of icons at the top of a grey field. if the quarter-moon icon is bright white, tap it. If it was (and still is) dark, take the iPhone in to be evaluated by a qualified technician.

Cleared content and settings in iPod touch, now computer says it has malfunctioned

My ipod touch was working perfectly fine, but i was going to give it to a friend and so i decided to go into settings and clear the content and settings, so that it was a fresh ipod. Well now it says connect to iTunes, but when i connect it to the computer it says that "USB device not recognized: the Device has malfunctioned and cannot be recognized" something like that. And then it says it failed to install drivers and disconnects. I do not know what is wrong and why it wont connect to my computer and iTunes.

Yes, going to the website is an option for updating, but the Flip4Mac System Preference panel affords a method to check for updates without going this route. It may be either a problem with Telestream's software, or perhaps it's a probelm with system configuration (corrupt prefs, outdated URL, etc.) Telestream is aware of the issue, but has not as yet found the problem / solution.

My MBP said my disk space was getting full. I made space and 2 hours later it notified me it was almost full again. I deleted more files and now I can literally see space disappear from my Finder. How is this happening and where is it going?!!!

Seriously, if you check the Time Machine configuration in System Preferences, you will probably find that it is taking snapshots of the disk drive. Since those take up space, and old ones get deleted, that would explain what's going on.

When I try to log into my main Apple account (I'm using a side one to post this) on iTunes, it says my password is incorrect, which I know it isn't, and the password reset email never appears anywhere in my email. Anybody had this problem/have a solution?

My account suddenly started saying that my password for my apple ID is wrong, when I haven't changed it, and I know I've been typing it in correctly. So I tried to reset my password, but it needs my DOB for, and I created this account five years ago, and apparently didn't put in my actual one, so I can't reset my password that way. I got Apple to send me a reset email to the email address of the main Apple account, but the email never arrives in my inbox, or my spam/junk folders. I've tried this multiple times and still nothing. I've had to create a new account just to post this question, which is annoying in itself.
Can anyone help me?
