I am using my iPhone 5 to take pictures and have started a blog with pictures. I am not able to do the update on my phone due to lack of memory. I wanted to know how much difference this will make to my pictures.
If anyone had suggestions on how to maximize picture quality n use without the update, I'd appreciate it

If the lack of space on your phone is due to pictures, you may want to consider transferring some (or all) to a computer and deleting them from the phone. That is a good practice even if you have space on the phone. Instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083

here is a cheaper solution than camera kit and a lot easier if you have WIFI available.
I use the PhotoSync APP (I think its a $1.99) will transfer videos and photos over WIFI to any other IOS device or even PC/MAC. Great app since I like doing video and photos on my IPHONE and transfer to IPAD2 without synching through computer or doing cloud based storage.
You can even send photos/videos from your MAC/PC to your IOS devices that way too. Makes it so much easier.

Have you backed up/synced your phone with a computer at all? If so, I believe you can connect your phone to that same computer and access the data on it.
I am not 100% sure but it is worth a try!

If you are using iPad Mail app, in the left hand column tap the arrow in the top left corner until you return to where your main email address appears. This is the main account screen.
Then tap the email address/account once.
In the left column in the upper right, tap the Edit button.
At the bottom of the left column/panel there is a New Mailbox button.
Tap the button. At the top of the left column, a keyboard entry field appears.
Thiis is where you tap and enter the name of your new Mailbox folder.
Once done naming, click the done button at the top right of the left column and you are done.
This is how you add additonal mailbox folders to your email account.
Once the mailbox folders you need are created, you can return to any email entry, Tap the Edit button in the upper right of the left column, again. A button appears next to all the emails in the left column.
Tap the buttons for the ones you wish to move to a particular mailbox folder, at the bottom of the left column, choose the Move button, then pick the mailbox folder to move the emails to and they will automatically move to that mailbox folder.

Apple does not control the design of third party cases.
Control center and the notification center both operate via vertical swipes up or down from outside the screen area. If you've chosen to use a case which prevents you from using such gestures, that is your choice. Apple are not going to fundamentally change the design of the operating system, just so you can use a particular third party case.

I need to know how to take a person out of a picture and then add it to another picture? I am on version 9.0 for photoshop elements.

Try this:
In Editor, go to the expert tab.
Open picture B, the one you wish to select something from to add to another picture.
Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to select the object. You will see an outline ("marching ants") once the selection is complete
Go to Edit menu>copy to copy the selection to the clipboard
Open picture A, then go to Edit>paste
Use the move tool to position object from picture B.
In the layers palette you should see picture A as the background layer, and object B on a separate layer.

Please suggest a solution or @Apple please get a software release which can remove this bug .

We aren't Apple, just users like you. Have you tried a reset? Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
