Open itunes, click the word Store at the top of your computer screen, then click Authorize

My Mac assures me that I am connected to the internet, using Airport and also ethernet, but Safari never gives me a home page. Can I download Firefox onto a disk using my Windows PC and then take the disk to the Mac and upload Firefox to use on the Mac ?

When I go to my iMessage, it has me long in. I never logged out, but I can get to the part where it says "next" and I click that. then it will say verifying, but then take me back to the log in page and it doesn't tell my my username or password is wrong. how can I fix this?

I would try clearing caches and do an overall maintenance with an utility like OnyX.

If you don't have the the original disk, then there is nothing you can do. Flashing Question mark means that the bootloader cant find an OS. The HD could just be scrambled or it might be fried. Just wait it out until you take it to Apple as they will be your best bet to help you.

The description says it all. I bought a movie on iTunes but when I try to watch it plays back slowly with no sound. Then the video will speed up and the sound will work for a moment then off again and back to slow motion. I have a dell laptop running windows 7

In fact, now I just see: INTERNET, COMPUTADOR (PC) e AJUSTES (MENU/SETTINGS) - I'm brazilian and I'm not so sure about the name of MENU in EUA Apple TV.
Anyway, I remember that until yesterday I could see FILMES (MOVIES) at the first MENU, and now it's no longer available.

I have an iphone 3GS and I have upgraded it to iOS 6. Since then it doesn't work properly.
Every now and then it has been restarting by itself and requiring restore. When I connect it to itunes it restarts again and again without letting me take any action. Is there any solution?Hey, There are afew things you can try.
- Simply turn your phone off and back on again
- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..
- Close all open applications

Well, you use the different accounts such Phone Numbers, email addresses. And make sure that your iPhones have no receipient address in common, then you can avoid this issue.
I use iMessage on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, iPod touch.
Each of them has a individual address to receive messages, so they won't combine all the messages among all the devices.
Try this, if it doesn't work, tell me, I'll figure another way out.
