Take it yourself or send it to friend in country where guarantee supports it.
Do not try to ship it to Apple - they will not accept international
shipments nor will they return it to you.
What is the problem? Maybe someone here can offer some advice to solve
the problem.

I have multiple libraries in iPhoto. When I follow the instructions: User/Pictures/iPhoto library/Show package contents/Master /Duplicate I have no problem importing these image. When I choose the file titled...Pictures/iPhoto Galapagos I am unable to show package contents/Master and duplicate the images in this file. What am I doing wrong?

You will most probably have to force your iPad into Recovery Mode to remove passcode.
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
i worried coz the apple center say to me to reset the computer asn press the coman + p + r and when i reset i no do faster. so the guy say resed again and press all again. so after that. he say reset again the computer. can affect the computer to do that? im worried coz is new =S. happend i call apple coz i think have one problem the battery the time change always example: 1:21 later go up to 7:00 after go down 0:30. why like that? =( they say me finish all the baterry now them charg again. if still like that i need bring apple to see what happend. so i asking u if the guy make me reset the computer 3 times can affect my MBairr??
It sounds like you are doing this because the remaining charge time on your battery is going up and down. This is actually very normal. The remaining time is only an estimate based on how you are using your machine at any given time. If you're just browsing web pages, it may say 4 hours... but if you launch a processor intensive game, it may immediately jump down to 2.5 hours. After stopping the game, it may jump back up to 3.5 hours. It's like a car uses gas, the heavier you push it, the more "fuel" it uses.
To get a more accurate number, you should view the battery by percentage instead of time. It will show you the actual percentage (it should not go up and down). -

If you can't find it on any of your home screens or via the spotlight search screen then check to see if it's hidden via Settings > General > Restrictions > Safari being set 'off'

can anyone help me with my apps on my itunes. They have separated for some reason. I have one section of 44 apps and the other has 121 apps. Only the top section will sinc with my ipod because at the side where it says apps, it is only showing the 44 apps and not the section at the bottom
Can you take a screen shot of the iTunes screen and post it? I do not really understand what you mean by different sections.
What model iPod and iOS do you have? Maybe the section that does not sync are not compatible with the iPod.
Were all the apps purchased with one account?
Do you have any Restrictions one that would prevent syncing? Settings>General>Restrictions. -

Take a look at LogMeIn Ignition. You would need to install LogMeIn on your PC and then purchase the iPad app ($30). Both PC and iPad would need to be connected to the Internet, but could be remote. You should then be able to see and run NurseSquared on your PC from the iPad. Check with the developer of NurseSquared.

I have a ipad air 16gb... I have just returned from overseas and wanted to download a few movies, then I discovered I could only get 2 downloaded. So this tells me I haven't enough storage. So, my question is can I purchase more gb/storage or is there a external hard drive that can connect to ipad air.?
Use one of the cloud storage services. Either keep your media on there and copy to memory one or two at a time for off-line watching. Or watch via streaming when you can find web access.
Perhaps better is to download or rip DVD to PC, then keep the media on a separate storage drive. You can get 500 and 1000 GB external drives that connect to Ipad via their own built in wifi capability.
Or the cheaper option use a simple USB card reader (about 20$ from Amazon) and keep your media on a card. I use a 64gb SD card. Takes 30 movies in good quality resolution. -

Firefox doesn't do email, so there are no "Firefox email accounts". If you are accessing "email" with Firefox, you are using web mail. Some web mail services don't allow for direct access, they want their users to access their email from a "portal" or "main" page and will re-direct any attempt to load an "internal" web site page back to the main page.
As far as loading 3 different web mail accounts at the same time, if they are in the same domain it won't work on Firefox without a Firefox addon. http://br.mozdev.org/multifox/
IOW, if those three email accounts all with Yahoo, without that add-on you would have to logon to each email account separately and log out of the first before logging into the 2nd. Then log out of the 2nd before logging into the 3rd. Firefox isn't capable of having multiple session cookies for simultaneous logon's to the same server. That add-on provides that "multiple sessions cookies" feature.
