I can't access to my iTunes Store in MacBook Pro and iPhone 5

On the MacBook Pro RetinaI
I tried closed the iTunes store and re-open, but not working.
On the iPhone 5
I tried closed the iTunes store (by double clicked the home button and drag the iTunes store up) and tune the power off and on.

Do other apps connect to the internet on the iPad ? If they do then have you tried logging out and back into the account on it (Settings > iTunes & App Store), disconnecting and reconnecting to your network, and/or tried a soft-reset ?
