i play mafia wars on facebook and when you win fights or ice or kill you need to be able to copy ad past it to your wall. well it wont allow me to copy and paste to anyplace.

you should try the copy+paste tool CLICKTO! (It's for free!)
That tool will post your link to FB in just one click. All you have to do is to press STRG+C after marking your desired link. Clickto will show you the opportunities options for the paste action. I just posted about this a few minutes ago but forgot to mention it happens in both directions. I can't copy and paste anything from a screen in the latest firefox into word, and any links I copy from word do not copy into the address bar in firefox. Can someone help? I have Windows 7. This has been happening a couple of weeks.

Or even better while the iPhone is connected to my PC can I view the address book on the iPhone and make changes using my PC keyboard?
I had a challenge importing from my outlook as it created dual entries for people I had with multiple email addresses or telephone numbers so I need to copy and paste contact info from one to antoher.
Can anyone help?

No. You would make changes to the address book on your PC and then sync via iTunes.

It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

Open one document in Pages v5.5.3, Open a second document in Pages v5.5.3. Select, copy, and paste one page between source and destination documents. Document objects such as Text boxes, shapes, images, tables, etc must be individually selected, copied, and pasted.

My new nano keeps going into sleep mode every copy of minutes while music is playing. I can't figure out how to stop this. The user guide isn't too helpful. Any ideas?

This is usually a sign that your iPod's headphones are not plugged in all the way. Make sure that you cannot see any of the silver still showing from the headphone's plug. You should hear a sort of popping/clicking noise when inserting the headphones letting you know that they have been fully seated.

Can I copy and past iPhoto from one computer to another?

I just bought a used Mac Mini to give to my in-laws. I used the original boot disks to reinstall the software. I then upgraded to Leopard. When all was said and done, everything was wonderful except that iPhoto was nowhere to be found. Going back to the original install disks in Tiger I tried to install via the 'bundled software' but got a 'failed install' because disk 2 apparently is faulty.
Can I copy my iPhoto application from my iMac Intel Core 2 to the MacMini? I have tried several other strategies involving install disks, etc. It's iPhoto 6.06. I'm stymied.

Why can I no longer Print anything from Firefox after installing 28.0?

Since upgrading to 28.0, I can no longer print anything from within the Firefox browser. My other applications continue to print normally, but whenever I try to print anything from Firefox, I get a "A print error has occurred" message. The Print Preview page displays only a blank, gray window. Prior to upgrading I had no problems.

Can you try to access Firefox in Safe Mode to see if the problem still exists and/or if it opens? You can follow the below instructions to start it in that mode.
*Go to Help > Restart with add-ons disabled
*When Firefox closes and re-opens, select ''Start in Safe Mode''
If Firefox works fine after starting in Safe Mode, then it's most likely one of your extensions misbehaving. You can enable your add-ons back on by one until you find the conflicting extension.

After updating to 12.0, I can't copy and paste images from any website; instead of the image pasting, the URL for the image pastes instead; help, please?

This applies to copying from any website, and pasting to any and all applications. This is exactly coincidental to install of 12.0. This is a basic, common, and essential function of any web browser. I've read various unacceptable "workarounds" in a couple posts, and am respectfully requesting a truly professional response from Firefox re: what exactly can be done to restore this basic, elementary function. I have been a major Firefox fan up until now, and need it to provide this basic functionality in a dependable way - simple right-click, copy image, and paste the image (not it's URL). Thanks for helping (hopefully).

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

I can't copy and paste text from a website. Why is this?

On any website I go to, when I highlight and try to copy text from the body of the page with my mouse, nothing happens.

Is this a recent problem...after the last update on Oct. 27, 2010? Were you able to copy and paste before the 27th?
My optical marble mouse has had a breakdown from the update. No longer can I do a smooth scroll in Mozilla. However, I can in I.E. and Outlook Express. I posted on the 28th.

You are comparing Spiders to Hedgehogs here.
Topics refer to individual HTML pages that are part of your RoboHelp project. Books are a means of organizing items inside your Table of Contents.
Are you asking if you may copy TOC structures? If so, the answer falls into a huge gray area. You could certainly import a TOC into your project. But does the project the TOC was originally part of have the same topics in the same folder structure? If not, why would you go there?

Can't copy and paste TOC from MS Word

I'm working on a book, using Word styles (Word 2007). Word
generates a table of contents. I would like to copy and paste the
table of contents into Dreamweaver. When I try to paste I get a
message that says the document is very long and it would take too
long to import. It suggests that I copy and paste part of the TOC.
No luck.
I've tried to copy and paste the section into another Word
doc as rich text to remove formatting. I still have the same
problem. I've tried to Google for an answer, but haven't found one.
Anyone have any ideas?

Paste content into Notepad or some other text-only editor
first. If it
succeeds, then paste into DW. My guess is that it won't work
because TOC's
are MS proprietary critters and thus won't translate to plain
text or HTML.

With IE you can copy a picture from the web and paste in to an email, with Firefox I have not been able to do this?

In Firefox, right click over the image you want to copy and select "Copy Image".
Go to your email application and then right-click and "Paste".
This should work.
I notice that you are using an older version of Firefox, so it might be worth upgrading to the newest version Firefox 6.0.2.

I can't copy and paste text from Word to a Facebook Post since I've been using Firefox. Why am I getting the background code? Internet Explorer lets me copy text from Word to Facebook.

I type my text in Word then open Facebook. I press Control-C to copy this text into my Facebook post and the result is that a lot of background code shows up.

I would use the older version so you can continue working while troubleshooting continues in CC2014, if you haven't uninstalled it yet (and it didn't also lose the ability to copy/paste).
Have you tried any of the usual suspects?
Clear program cache and/or rename config folder: Deleting a corrupted cache file
Restore Preferences: Restore preferences | Dreamweaver CS4, CS5, CS5.5, CS6
