I can't find where to rescue my email so I can reset my security questions since I can't remember the answers
I can't figure it out. I've been trying for an hour. I'm frustrated and I don't get why I can't find what I need. I just want to use my iTunes card. That's all!

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.

Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;
Press Continue;
Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;

The iTunes store will not let me buy anything until I answer my security questions, and I do not remember the answers to them. The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will normally be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.
