You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox and use the Adobe Reader program or Preview instead.
*Firefox > Preferences > Applications > Adobe PDF document : Use Adobe Reader
PDF files may also be found under another entry like Portable document.

Have you been using your phone as recommended? If so, you've been importing photos in your camera roll onto your computer for safe keeping. Just as you would with a standalone digital camera. Your photos would then reside safely on your computer for archival.
While camera roll photos ARE part of the backup, not everything always goes smoothly as you've seen, which is why the recommendation to import photos as soon as possible to your computer.
If you have a recent backup of your iPhone, you can restore and hopefully many of your photos will be on this backup. Any photos or data added to your phone since this last backup are, of course, gone forever.

I get this error message: Firefox is having trouble recovering your windows and tabs. This is usually caused by a recently opened web page.
Firefox crashes within a few minutes of being on Internet. Most Web pages crash. I need to open multiple tabs to work, and it always crashes soon after I start to work. This began after updating to 4. I replaced 4 with the older version, but the problem keeps happening. This is part of the crash message I get, but it's crashed several times & reports aren't exactly the same. I also disabled Silverlight plugin, another recommended solution. That didn't work either.

That looks like a problem with your BitDefender AV software (BdProvider.dl, avcuf32.dll)
You can try to disable BD extensions or check advanced settings for Firefox in BD.
You can also try to contact BD for support.

Why can't I open zip-files using Firefox?

Every time I try to open a zip-file using Firefox all it does is open new tabs. I end up with dozens, sometimes hundreds, of open tabs that have nothing on the pages and the file never gets opened. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it and if so, how?

Set Adobe Acrobat to handle PDF files, not Firefox.

Downloading pdf files with firefox 6.0.2 doesn't always work but pdf files do download with IE

for example the home page for the web site kerrville.org has several items to download and most are pdf files using firefox version 6.0.2 the download seems to start but never completes . If I use IE version 8 at the same web site I'm able to download any and all of the pdf files. I have tried this several times and get the same results each time.

I would just get rid of the create PDF 1.1 and go with CutePDF instead. It's a much better program, it's free, and it doesn't create all the issues that the Adobe software does.

Can not print report when using HTML or DHTML. When I open the report and click the print icon I get a small blank dialog box and then nothing. If I change to activex it works and I can print.
Any Ideas?

Hi,
I did not come across this situation before. Did you apply any fix packs. Try to check whether its a issue which can be fixed by applying fix pack( try to check release notes of fix pack and see if they mentioned any thing about this).

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
