I can't update my itunes to 10.7, can anyone help?

It gets almost half way then says "itunes has an invalid digital signature" then quites on its self. I really want to update it beacuse a recently update my ipad to IOS.6 or what ever it is and can't plug it in to my computer until i've update itunes. It just keeps doing the samething over again, then goes back to the start and trys to update it with the same outcome. Someone please help

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

I can't update my itunes.. in the middle of installation of the new itunes, it says there is a problem with this windows installer package. a program required for this install to complete could not be run.

for any more information, i am in South Korea right now, and i've tried both english and korean version to install on my computer.

If possible you need to upgrade OS X. However, what you can upgrade to is dependent on what your Mac hardware and configuration is which you have not provided in your profile.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
