I had an error on my Photoshop Elements 12. It would not bring the program up at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it will not download. I have now erased the download for the 3rd time and I have tried every phone number for assistance with Adobe. NOT a single number works. There is no online tutorial helps me with anything. I have a new Windows 8 version and when I first bought the computer it took me a while to download. But I did and it worked for about 30 days.

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 10 that I purchased from adobe website by using download link in order comfirmation email. In the begining, the download speed was about 200 kb/sec but after 10 mins, the download speed was down continuously which was below 30 kb/sec. Your difficulties do appear to be related to your internet connection. If you are connecting wirelessly then you may want to try connecting with an Ethernet cable. Beyond that you might also want to look at your local network and ensure you aren't utilizing any high bandwidth applications such as torrents or streamed videos.

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 13 - I purchased it through the Adobe store...when I check the order - I cannot download...there's a message - order pending check back in 24 hours. I ordered it 3 days ago. There's no telephone number to ask for help. I got on the Chat line with someone I allowed him to take over my computer and it still didn't download. It stopped after about 30 minutes....he was sending me a message did it download....but when I tried to reply...the chat line was not working. I have used the trial version of Photoshop Elements 12 before and had no problem downloading it. My suggestion to anyone wanting to purchase Photoshop 13 is to use the free version first - then when your 30 or 60 days runs out....order it then through Adobe's offer. This is my day off and I have worked for 3 hours trying to get help. Now all I want to do is get a refund - and I cannot even find a place to do that....Can someone please give me some advice?

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 13. My HP laptop computer spent about 20 minutes downloading files from a first link. When I click on the second .exe link, I get a dialogue box saying all the files are not downloaded. This has happened to me before and I don't understand what to do.

you need both the exe and the 7z files. put both in the same directory and double click the exe.

Which operating system are you using?
When you say downloaded, where did download pse 7 from?
Do you have the original install disk or original download for pse 7?
I believe the serials won't interchange between the disk version of pse 7 and the electronic down load version.

Are you sure that:
1. You have the correct disc for your operating system? You have both mac and windows versions on the discs. If you have a mac you want disc 3, not disc 1.
2. PSE is not already installed?

I had the same issue and I'm running Windows 7. Tried working with technical support for several hours but they were no help. They just had me doing the same things over and over, offering no real answers. I finally got fed up and have decided to return my product for a full refund.

Cannot download photoshop elements 6.0! Is it me?

I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 6.0 to a macbook pro. I purchased it fine. It downloads after about 40 minutes but does not launch. I double click on the setup folder and it goes through the motions but then i get errors saying elements did not work (sorry I don't have the exact text). This has now happened FOUR times. I am so frustrated as I have things I wanted to do tonight.

Barbara, the plot thickens. When I went to "setup" folder on Elements disk, it stopped midway with a "boot" error which I forgot to write down.
We had downloaded the trial version so I went to install from it. It went into the installation but started with "repairing shared compenents" which took a long time. It finally changed to "repairing Photoshop Elements" and again worked a long time but finally finished and said that the installation was successful.
When we tried to launch Elements, it refused (bounced once and stopped).
I went to the disk utility on the hard drive and did a "repair permissions". It found many on the "system" and repaired them successfully. I did a verify of the hard disk and it was reported as okay.
I then tried to launch elements and this time it bounced several times and then stopped, refusing to launch.
We were able to launch "Bridge" but when we selected an image and went to File/Open/with Photoshop Elements 6, it refused to launch.
One possible pertinent fact might be that when we did the setup on this new iMac, we transferred files from the old Power PC G4 via an Ethernet connection. We had previously trashed the old Elements application in order to clear enough hard disk space on the G4 to do an archive and install of OS 10.4.1., The G4 had frozen and wasn't able to let us boot it up.
I am thinking that I should have done an "uninstall" before trying to install it in order to get rid of any left over files from the transfer.
Is this possibly my problem? If so, how do I get to an uninstall on the Elements application disk. Perhaps I should do that and try to install it all over.

Cannot download Photoshop Elements 10 on Mac

I can't seem to get Photoshop Elements 10 on my Mac which is running 10.7.5.
When I use the disk, I get to the installer and a popup says that the Elements 10 disk must be inserted, when its already inserted.
When I use the direct link from Adobe, it says I get to the installer and it says: "Install" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
I have downloaded from both Safari and Firefox with the same result.
Any assistance is appreciated...thanks

Put the disc in, open it in the finder and copy the entire contents to your desktop, then try running it from there. But also look around to be sure another instance of the installer isn't open already.
Also, if this computer has had PSE 10 on it before, how did you uninstall it?

When I try to download, I receve the message "Your browser (Interent Explorer 4.0 or earlier) is not supported by macromedia.com", but I'm running Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7. Any ideas?

I've got round the problem. If I use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer as the browser, it downloads ok.

HOWEVER! AS HAS BEEN THE CASE WITH ALL OF THE BUNDLED OFFERS I HAVE FOUND WITH HP AND OTHER PRODUCTS THIS INFORMATION IS BOGUS!( THE WEBPAGE HAS NO LINK TO DOWNLOAD THIS PRODUCT AND IN DAYS OF EXPLORING THE ADOBE SITE I FIND NO MENTION OF THIS PROMOTIONAL DOWNLOAD OR FIND A MEANS OF ENTERING THE THREE PROVIDED CODES.
