all of the sudden my itunes want open on my pc, i don't even know what os it is. windows 95, and i've never had a problem before. just all of the sudden it want come on

Just go to your iTuens preferrences and disable sharing.

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.

Since hardware cannot be changed with software, perhaps you would be so kind as to post the exact wording of the message?

Assuming you have these accounts set up in Mail, open preferences and under Accounts tab, edit the SMTP outgoing server list. Do you have a .mac address in the list? If so, delete it.
Are you using iCloud?
For the troubled account, select the correct SMTP server for that account in the box and check the box to use only that server with that account.

If you connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases then it should copy over to your iTunes library. Depending upon what country that you are in you might also be able to redownload it on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

Look in your Applications folder. Is there a Mac OS X Mavericks installer in the folder? If there is then select it. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. See if the size of the file is around 5.3 GBs. If it is then try double-clicking on it to run it. If you cannot run it, then you have an incomplete download. Try it again. It's a very large file, and unless you have a really fast pipe it can take longer than 45 minutes to download.

I am not a hundred per cent sure but my guess is that you have to sync that pamphlet to an iPhone or iPad to read it just like ebooks

Have you just created the Apple ID? If so it's possible you may need to activate it after receiving an email? Have you checked for an activation email? I can't be sure if it does send one or not as did mine ages ago.
