Thanks Rootle.... very helpful, but I'm still missing the big picture here.
I created several different small blocks of photos using photoshop (50x50 pixels) and saved them as jpg's (pic_1, pic_2, and so on). Next I opened Flash and started a new flash document and brought them in one at a time, lined them up, and copied pic_1 and pasted at the end of the line as you suggested. I then "exported movie" and saved as Banner.swf
I then quit out, started a new flash doc and imported my swf file.
Then I created a tween to slide it right to left. So far so good.
Next I used gotoandplay (1) - back to frame 1 again right?
Here is how it worked when I hit f12... the block of images moved to the left as predicted but the last block (pic_1 that was pasted at the end of the row) moved over with the rest as the trailing block, leaving white space until it played out then the blocks started all over again.
Summary:
It almost worked. the blocks of photos played, looped and played again but not in a steady stream of photos. There was a break (white space) until the last pic reached position 1.
Can you talk me through the rest of this? I want a constant stream of photos, even if they are the same ones.
To be honest, I've only manipulated "Flash Templates" so far and have not actually created my own, so I had to reference youtube for help on tweening. So if you respond please type veeeerrryyyy slow

At about 12 seconds into this clip there is the camera center frame brackets which take a snapshot and adds the clip to a timeline below the video. Its all animated and very cool.

Use Time Remapping to freeze the frame on its own layer, then scale it back to 0% over the original footage. You can create the fake framing brackets pretty easily in AE, and just parent them to the footage.

Please try to setting Folder Permissions on Web Publish, and then deploy it with Web Deploy, as far as I know, if we do that, Web Deploy will use the SetAcl operation to change permissions. Please have a look at the article below.

Do you mean that it's being declined, that you are getting an error message, ... ?
If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it is a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Hold down the mute button on the steering wheel until you hear,"Ready" and then say "Voice". That will bring up Siri.

Go to Settings/ Store and under the category "Automatic Downloads" you can turn OFF the automatic download of purchases to your device (this needs to be done for each device). There's also a setting in iTunes just for automatic pushes to your iTunes library.
To remove a purchase you've made directly to your device, you can either:
a- Swipe across the song title from left to right and press Delete, or
b- If you auto-sync your device, connect to iTunes and click on the Music tab where you define your sync settings (the Music tab is to the right of the overall Summary page of your device). At the bottom of the Music tab you'll see direct purchases that are on your device -- simply un-check those and click "Apply" or "Sync" to remove them.
c- If you manually manage music on your device, connect to iTunes and click the small arrow to the left of your device name, and then click on the Music folder under your device. Then navigate to the item(s) you want to remove and then delete them.
To prevent things from syncing from your library to your device, there are many ways to do that (un-checking things in your library is one way, but not the best IMO). Might want to read the manual or some online tutorials on iTunes if you want to learn more.

You can't move the Yahoo Toolbar from IE to Firefox, they are totally different "behind the scenes". However you can install it, [http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/ http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/] and I believe if you log in with your Yahoo account it will sync your data.
