I am new to all of this and new also to Photoshop elements 8 and Premiere 8. Now this is the fourth time that I have written my question. I was in element 8 in EDIT . After I chose NEW --- BLANK I got a box to choose data about a LAYER’s demensions. I entered a 6x6 inch size and clicked OK at which time a white empty box appeared. I had been instructed to at this time to bring in the picture that I was going to edit etc. The picture centered itself right in the middle of the white square box. The picture had little square marks at each corner and each middle of all the sides. It also had a big X from corner to corner. My next instruction was to move my mouse pointer to the upper right corner and hold down the clicker and drag to the upper right corner of the white box. My picture was supposed to expand to the same size as the white box but it did not. All it would do is move as is .
I noticed that when I started to do as instructed for the expanding that my pointer was an arrow when it was outside the big white box, but when I moved the mouse pointer into the white box area, the arrow changed to a horizontal set of three very little dash marks. I had no idea what that was all about but I continued to do as instructed and clicked on the corner of the picture to star the expansion move. I thought that I should have had an arrow as my pointer and that when I would click onto the corner that an expand symbol like this ... <—> diagonally would appear but it didn’t..
This is getting a bit long, suffice to say that I had gone to many people and PC places to solve this but to no avail....I found today my elements 8 disks so what is on my PC is not a DEMO it is legit as I thought it was but maybe it is corrupt. What do you think? How do I get an answer to this. I could not figure out where and how to find things? The terminologies of the adobe so called help and support doesn’t help either. The 3GS was not sold as an unlocked phone in the US 2 years ago and AT&T did not offer unlocking then.
You bought a hacked phone. The Apple servers can detect the hack and have now disabled activation. Contact AT&T and find out if you qualify to have it unlocked or buy a new legitimately unlocked phone.

What is it? The firewire port is on the computer, not the iPod.
If the original battery is going bad, the first thing to do is get that sorted out.

Please be a bit more specific as to what password are you referring to. Is it it the Adobe ID password?
If yes, you can reset the password by simply clicking on 'Forgot password' lin below it on the login screen.

Chicky, I have searched my computer for "iPod Photo Cache" and 51 folders pop up, plus 3 files (iPodInfo.plist, Photo Database and Image DB Temp.tmp). How do I know which to delete and which to keep? The Apple website page tackling this issue doesn't go into any detail. Thanks yet again.

Your documents were synched with iCloud when you logged in with your AppleID. If you had a photostream before, you could access some photos using the stream.

We are a university that uses the Blackboard Vista 8 product. In order for our students to complete their courses online in Blackboard, they have to use compatible and certified browsers. The Blackboard vendor has a website detailing which browsers the students should use. The URL is http://kb.blackboard.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=75071574. No one understands what the vendor (Blackboard) or Mozilla Firefox means by the phrase "Firefox (Final Release Channel)." Does this mean the latest version of Firefox? If so, why not say the latest version and where did the word "channel" come from and what does it mean? It's not explained anywhere on the Firefox website.

Mozilla has 4 channels. In order of less to more secure and stable: Nightly, Aurora, Beta, Release.
On the page you reference, "Final Release Channel" refers to Mozilla's "Release". These are versions that have been completed and "pushed" out for download by everyone. The most current version is always available at https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/ (currently, Firefox 6.0).
There are only 2 currently supported versions: Firefox 6.0 and Firefox 3.6.20.
*All other versions have stability and security issues that will not be corrected, but are corrected in the updated versions, as they are released.

Btw. PO_LINES_ALL, could still be a VIEW given your overview of the situation.
Anyway a filter "NULL IS NOT NULL" is indicative that the optimizer performed something called semantic query optimization (SQO).
SQO is the process of deducing new predicates based upon a) existing predicates in your query (which there is none), b) added predicates to your query (eg. by a VPD policy function), and c) declared constraints on the tables invovled in your query.
A typical example of when a "NOT is NOT NULL" predicate will show up is when for instance in the EMP table there is a declared constraint on EMPNO like this:
check(EMPNO > 0)And your query would hold a predicate that is inconsistent with the constraint, for instance like this:
select *
from EMP
where EMPNO <= 0Oracle will deduce that EMPNO cannot be both greater than zero (constraint) as well as smaller than or equal to zero (your query predicate), and will transform the query into:

Created a PDF and added sticky notes, saved and emailed for review, recipient could not see or read the sticky notes. What needs to be done for my sticky notes to be seen and read when emailed. Thanks

I scanned a map and printed to create a PDF document, at that point I added sticky notes of different locations with notes of descriptions, saved and email to client for review.
Client received email but when he opened the attachment, all he could see was the map and none of my sticky notes.
What needs to be done so the recipient can see my sticky notes and read the descriptions for each sticky note?
