There are a number of hardware devices that you may want to look at. Some of them require that the iPhone be placed into a "base station" in order to work. The "right click" is a function of the OS and those keyboard commands do not work on the iPad at all with the built in virtual keyboard. I don't use an external keyboard - so I cannot attest to the possibility of that working - but there are no keyboard shortcuts with the iPad keyboard.

Didn't have time to do more than skim, but 'Ardour' looked promising. Protools is the only one I've used, the full product is one of the industry standards, but the free 'lite' version listed here seems to be limited to 2 in/out as well.
Referring to your original post, I'd think trying to write or 'script' something would be a nightmare ... synchronisation of streams within something like Applescript would be a major issue, quite apart from anything else.

There are apps that will give you tech specs on files. I think Media Info is one. Most likely it's in done delivery codec like DiVX. AVI is a piece of **** as a container anyway and should have been completely abandoned years ago.

Since the ipad, and all apple mobile devices do not have the file structure like on a computer the sites aren't able to locate your file.
Many job sites and employers allow you to 'copy and paste' your resume into a text box on their site.
If they have an email option, then that would be best.
I'm not aware of an app the will allow you to upload your resume. But this seems to be a poplular queston so there might be something in the app store.

What is that you are trying to accomplish ? Is it deployment or
trying to develop applications ? Are you getting any errors ? If so,

In Iowa, uploaded a library app called wilbor for downloading books from library onto iPad. Is there an app that goes with this so you can use regular functions of iPad i.e taking notes, highlighting words to find definitions, etc?

In Iowa, you can upload an app called Wilbur from your library so you can download books from the library. Is there another app that is needed to go with "Wilbur" because you cannot use the regular functions of an iPad such as taken notes, highlight a word for a definition, etc.

Are you actually talking about the app called Overdrive Media Console? In any case, if it doesn't have the features you want, you need to ask the author to add them.
