I don't know I've done here but I have My Macitosh HD and My Lexer Usb !28 GB drive and I cannot eject or get rid them for love or money...
I don't know what or how I done it ...but my Mac Hd and my new Lexer 128 gb usb is stuck on my Apple desktop for ever I guess no option to eject either one this is just completely dumb of me I guess.....I 've done something I should not have...."Help"
Well, firstly, the Macintosh HD isn't a drive you can eject. It's your system drive. If you don't WANT to see it on the desktop out of personal preference, go to the Finder preferences menu and elect not to display that hard drive on the desktop.
The USB drive should be ejectable, though. Have you tried:
- dragging it to the trash
- ctrl-click or right-click on the drive icon and click Eject?

3 beeps usually means a Ram problem, have you added or removed Ram recently?
And I will assume that you do not have a Mac Pro, but that you have a portable, a MacBook Pro. -
I am trying to update the software applications on my IPhone 4S but the noticification keep bringing up the username that I don't know it's password even after I have resseted my username and pasword about 3rice. What else can I do to update my iPhone applications ?

I don't know exactly when this started, but Winamp became my default search and homepage.. The homepage issue was easy, but the search issue is bigger than I expected. It ALWAYS uses Winamp (Powered by AOL) as my default search. Please help. Thank you.
reinstall it but make sure to uncheck the box next to "make winamp my default search engine"

Is the music purchased from iTunes? If it is you can contact iTunes support and ask them to allow you to re-download the music that you purchased from iTunes.
Also, do you sync the device regularly? When syncing an iPod Touch/iPhone a backup file is made. That backup file doesn't contain your music but it does contain your address book, application data, pictures, notes, etc. After restoring your device, you can try restoring from the last backup that was made of your device so you will not have to start over completely from scratch.

How do you get album artwork? I have like two thousand songs and about 95% don't have cover album artwork and when i try to get album artwork it says "Itunes can not find album artwork" "an unknown error occurred-609" what do i do?

Just updated my iPhone 4 from IOS 6.1.3 to 7.1.2, I know I am behind the times, but I got there eventually! All seems well but I have one specific problem and hope someone can offer a helpful suggestion.
On opening the app "Find my iPhone" I add my password and sign in, to be greeted with a screen that says;
"Update Find My iPhone. A new version of Find My iPhone is available from the App. Store. You must install the update to continue using the app. Update now"
On hitting the "Update now" button I'm taken to the relevant page on the App Store, to be told that I cannot update as it needs IOS8 to be able to continue and as my iPhone is only a 4 cannot install IOS8.
I'm left going around in circles. The only thing would be to delete the app, but looks like I could not re-install the version I would need. Any body have any thoughts or suggestions? (Apart from updating my phone, I have a few months left on the contract!)

I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.

I assume that you want to change stores and you need to zero out your iTunes balance. You probably need to get help from iTunes Store support in order to accomplish this.
Start here and find what you consider to be the appropriate section to initiate the support that you need. It is really pretty self explanatory once you start looking at the options on the website.

Hi You may have a hardware fault take ipad to Apple Store. Ring then first to make an Appointment take box and you purchase paperwork they may give you A replacement. Before you do that Try a Reboot hold down power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you may need to hold down for up to 30 Seconds But you may need to do this more than once. I have an iPhone 4 and plugged it into itunes on my computer for the first time. Only to discover my sister has obviously plugged hers into my itunes account and now I have lost all my photos and numbers. Please help me!!
It can't do that by itself. You had to click through several prompts telling it to restore it from a backup of an old phone for that to happen.
If the phone was not backed up to iCloud before this happened, or to another computer, then the data is gone. There is no way to recover it. -
I have an iPhone 5 and just recently when I opened the camera there is a big black border around the screen causing the picture itself frame to be smaller I don't know what I did to cause this or what I can do to make it go away can anyone help/
First off, try a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if the problem persists.
