I download coins in a game and it says that I have bought it but it needs to be downloaded where do I download it at I don't know how to get to in app purchases

How do I download my books to my device? I get a message "Safari cannot Download".Launch the NOOK app software to trigger the automatic syncing of your purchases to your device. You can also manually tap the 'gear' button in the lower right-hand corner of the navigation bar and then hit Account Settings. This will open a screen to allow you to enter your login information which includes your account name and password. Then just browse your book listings and tap on the book you'd like to download to your device. A popup will confirm your request. Where have you downloaded them, on your computer or on a device (e.g. iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) ? If on a device then where are you trying to play them - they should be in the Videos app, the iTunes app is just the iTunes store on an iOS device and only contain the store's preview.

I also had the same issue (I downloaded IOS6 on my Ipad in Germany, when I was travelling). I could not get into the Settings/ITunes & App Store and log out of my account as the Apple ID was greyed out and nothing happened when I clicked on my user id. I then had to go into iTunes and found that my user id at bottom of the screen in ITunes, click on my user id and assume that the german words meant to log out. I then was able to log back in and English was restored in the iTunes and App store.

Download it to iTunes on your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519), then sync it to your phone. Make sure the album is selected to sync to your phone before syncing. If that doesn't work, you may have to delete all the music off your phone, then sync it back from iTunes. To delete your music, go to Settings>General>Usage, wait for the apps list to open, then click Music, tap Edit, then tap next to All Music.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Changing the library the Apple TV is synced with will delete all synced content from the Apple TV, but it won't delete purchased content.
You should be able to change the library, resync any content you want and transfer your purchases back to the new library.
