there is a button to click to scroll thru the 10 day forecast, it used to work fine, but it doesn't work anymore, I get the javascript: void (0); message whne the cursor is over the "arrow'...Java is enabled...

A href set to javascript: void (0); is always a place holder. 
The actual URL is handled via an onclick event that evaluates the link and open the page. 
So make sure that you aren't blocking JavaScript.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

had this problem but now sorted.
Go to settings for google shortcuts, follow link to homepage and upload latest version, it has not yet been approved by Firefox, but works and solves the bug.

When I am on a shopping website and I try to add something to my wish list or bag I get the javascript:void(0); in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and nothing happens. It doesn't add it to my bag or list. I have tried many things to resolve this but nothing has worked and this only started happening within the last month.

When I start Firefox, I get this alert message "[JavaScript Application] XML tag name mismatch (expected META)". What is this message?

My firefox updated today automatically, and then when it started up, it displayed this alert message:
"[JavaScript Application] XML tag name mismatch (expected META)"
I can press OK and my browser then works just fine and I can go to websites and what-not. I have not run across any problems or anything. I am just wondering what this alert message means and if I should fix it?

When Firefox starts, it fires up a lot of add-ons. A standard diagnostic for add-on issues is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.

Dear Apple team,
I recently bought an iphone3GS from USA and jail broke it. Since I heard the there are lots of disadvantages I thought to unlock it officially through the original owner (in copy). He assisted me and confirmed that he unlocked it with AT& T (See the attachment). According to the instructions I restored the phone. But it is not activating with “Activation server is currently not available, please try again or try with iTunes”
When I try with iTunes , it says “you haven’t inserted a SIM” even though I insert the original AT&T SIM.
My current location is Sri Lanka ,so don’t have any apple support.

How do I get my email messages to open with just one tap? On my newer Macbook I just click once on the Mail app and my messages open automatically but on the Powerbook it takes two clicks. Can this be fixed to just one click? I've gone into preferences but can't seem to change it.

Thanks, I was wanting to just click once on a message and have it open right away and then be able to quickly go through my messages. I found the solution from another helpful Mac user. You just move the separator bar that divides your messages from the view pane and move it up and it works like a charm.

I am getting an error message on my itunes when trying to back up my iphone 4s, itunes could not back up iphone because an error occurred.

Please help me!!!! I have tried all of the steps that I have found listed for this issue. I am not sure if I should try to contact my phone provider or not. I am getting an error message without an error code. That says: Itunes could not back up Iphone because an error occurred. Please if anyone one knows any steps I should take please let me know. How to get detailed fault message in business process when exception?

In bp, I use "catch all exception" to handle exception. When exception, I get fault message from all of component and write them into log files. But no matter which component throw exception, I cannot get any detailed message, the string writed into log is always null. Why? server.xml has all detailed message and printstack and why cannot I get?

As far as I know, it's not possible to get the exception message with a catch all. You need to catch each exception separately, and the you will be able to get each message.
