Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. Release both buttons and await restart.

Not sure what you mean by "locked up", but if you can't open it, try resetting it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

TS3992 I am receiving the ""This iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available" but I show 4.9 of 5.0GB available.

I am receiving the above error, but it shows I have enough space. I have DELETED my backup account and restarted but always receive this on my iPhone.
