I got CC a year ago for teams and haven't used it. Now I can't add myself even though I have renewed.
I didn't respond to my invitation to myself last year, (Didn't realise I had to) and no longer have the invitation apparently. (I subscribed but didn't use CC). Should I remove myself as user , and just re-send?
If you're subscription still active You must revoke the invitation and send it again .

never posted anything before and know this looks amateurish. thanks Goofoff24If you only have iCloud's basic, free 5 GBs of storage, if you had more than this on your iPad, chances are high that your backups to iCloud weren't a complete iPad backup, anyhow. And since this has been full for 23 weeks means that you may end up only retrieving a fraction of your current data that you had on your iPad, if what you had on your iCloud backup contained anything that may still have been on your iPad.
This is just one of the reasons I do not like Cloud storage services.
The best and most reliable backup of your iPad is to use a computer with Apple iTunes installed on it and connect your iPad to your computer and let iTunes syc and backup all of your iPad's data.
I an afraid without a clear, comprehensive backup, whatever is saved to your iCloud account is all you are going to be able to retrieve.
If you have purchased anything from IOS App Store and/or iTunes on your iPad, all of iTunes and iOS App Store purchases will have to be redownload and reinstalled.
You won't get charged, again, for the purchases you had already made.

Can I use my fully owned CS2 on my iMac OX 10.9.5 as I paid over $1850.00 some 7 years ago for it and have been told by "Experts" that I can reinstall from my original software disks (which I have including all passwords etc required. Please assist as when my old iMac died I find I could not get my CS2 to work. Very frustrating for some one my age who cannot afford a new InDesign. Thomas Bain
CS2 was created for the Power PC processor which your old iMac obviously was.
Your new Mac with OSX 10.9.5 is an Intel Mac and no longer runs Power PC applications.
For several years after the transition from Power PC to Intel Apple had provided an emulator called Rosetta that allowed Intel Macs to run Power PC applications.
However, the last version of the Mac OS that had Rosetta was OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.
Even if you could find a copy of OSX 10.6.8 it would be highly unlikely that it would ever install on a newer Mac due to different firmware versions.
Your only hope is to buy an older used Mac that can run OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard or earlier.

I changed my Apple ID a year ago when my old email address ceased. Now I can use my Apple ID ok, BUT when I tried to set up I-Cloud, my MacAir identifies me by the OLD ID, which means I can't proceed? I want to connect my MacAir and my Imac.

The problem is that my MacAir SYSTEM PREFERENCES somehow has NOT registered that I changed my Apple ID a year ago, ALTHOUGH I have been using the new one regularly on the same computer!!!
SO, when I go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES to try to sync my two devices, the MacAir will not allow me to use my current Apple ID.
The difficulties with using the old ID are:
1 The email address no longer exists!
2 I forget the password (obviously the prompt is no help since the email address is defunct! )
So, it seems I am in a perpetual loop. -
My special characters screen for pages is running in the background no matter what I do. It randomly pops up and then goes away. I can't close it even though I have closed pages and restarted my computer. How can I stop this.
Try trashing the .plist with CharacterViewer in its name in Home/Library/Preferences. To get to Home/Library you may need to hold the option key down while you do Finder > Go.

ok for facetime and imessage go into settings turn them off make sure to make an icloud backup and then go to settings general erase all content and settings and then set it up from the backup it should activate your imessage and facetime

I have Photoshop CS, purchased many years ago for a LOT of money. Other day went to use it, got msg. "computer configuration changed, need to re-activate. Tried that for days, didn't work. Cannot call ANYONE to find out problem. Am not very computer literate, so don't understand what that means. LOVE the CS program and know how to use it, so don't want to have to learn something new. Don't know what to do. Went to all the big name stores and no one can tell me anything, like what happened to CS or what is replacing it that is the same as CS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

my phone got wet a year ago and dried out...I was in fla on vacation and it died last week. what if anything can be done? Only assuming the humidity caused the phone to be "wet" again.
The best you can do is a 149$ out of warrenty fee for the device to get it repaired.
Or throw it in rice for a day or two cross your fingers and pray to the Apple Gods that it comes back on -
i purchased an album years ago on itunes and now iv bought a new laptop and want to put all my purchased music onto it, however it says iv only bought two songs off the one album. i know iv bought the whole album because ive got it on my iphone. how do i retrieve the rest of the songs without paying for them again?

It sounds like you are trying to download a purchased album, but not all the tracks are listed as being purchased. If you still have the receipt that was emailed to you when you bought it, you can use it to report a problem with the purchase to the iTunes Store directly with this article:

I sprayed it a year ago i really like the keyboard and i really need it can it be recovered??? My apple wireless keyboard got wet a year ago i sprayed the cleaning spray on it some of the keys are working but some of the keys aren"t working. it got sprayed a year ago What should i do??? Can it be recovered plz tell?
There is almost no chance it can be recovered, except at a cost far greater than a new keyboard. Once wet, spraying with a cleaner will not do any good and most likely will make the situation worse.
Best thing at this point is go to your Apple store, or the on-line store, and buy a new keyboard. Water damage is not covered by the warranty or AppleCare. -
I have a new-in-box version of Audition 3.0 that I purchased about 6 years ago; for a variety of reasons it's been sitting on the shelf all that time. I now need to install it; It installs fine on my system (Win XP) but I can't get it to activate. I'm trying to use phone activation because the machine I will be using is not net-connected. My account was not automatically upgraded to an new annual plan, I got it one year ago and I got a message saying my Icloud storage was full and I that I only had 5gb free. What can I do ?
Thanks Winston, thats the first thing I wanted to do but I dont see any Annual Plan (like I had), only monthly plans, and they said that as I got a Storage Plan before September 2014 I would be "automatically" updgraded to a new annual plan with reduced pricing. Dont know how I can get it now.
